Just installed 7/15/20, so all I can review for now, is that it's a beautiful unit. Easy to read display on top and front. Easy empty and VERY quiet!  Could use a little longer electrical cord.  I sure hope it does a good job dehumidifying, and hope the unit lasts.

Honeywell Smart Wi-Fi  Dehumidifier 4000 sq ft.

Easy set up and relatively quiet.  Does a good job keeping the moisture level down in the basement.

Works well, but but the exit venting is vertical, and the inlet is horizontal.  The inlet and outlet vents should be in opposite directions.  At least make the outlet vent angular (diagonal).  With it going straight up, some of the exit air just goes back into the inlet.

Where to start. Machine itself seems to be doing it's job. Instruction set very user unfriendly. Setup for wifi was a trip. You'll have to figure that one out for yourself. The drain doesn't work on mine. Leveled it in both directions and the water still just goes to the tank. I'll probably just tap the tank and put the drain where it should have been to start with. Machine looks really good but I'm wondering if that's all I got. If not, it goes back. Also, if you go to Honeywell to register, good luck.

Honeywell needs to improve

Air Comfort app is terrible and the registration process will not accept any passwords. All passwords fail the “no differents” password rule. Honeywell never called back to help resolve.

Air Comfort app is a major failure. Cannot use.

Was not listed as refurbished or I would have not purchased it.

After 1 week, I'm very disappointed with this product's performance.  Within a day it dropped my humidity from 55 to 40.  Have set the humidistat to continuous, 30, and 35 and the unit does not decrease the humidity below 37.   Also, it takes greater than 24 hours to fill the water tank when it runs continuously in a room with humidity levels greater than what the unit is set to.  Very disappointed!
