I put both in my bedroom with the remote control my husband and I can control our side of the bedroom. They were smaller than my prior which I thought just overwhelmed my bedroom.  These fit my bedroom perfectly. I love them and they match the decor . My electrician put them up and he finish so quick even after taking the others down, I love them with the simple style and the price was good.

My new living room fan looks great. The 48" diameter works perfectly for my eight-foot, cathedral ceiling. Luckily, the slope is very shallow so the fan works. However, a larger fan would not function correctly as the blades would pass too close to the sloped ceiling.

The installation instructions are good and the only issues were some screws that needed to be removed that the factory had over tightened. A Phillips screwdriver would not work, but luckily the screws were also compatible with flat-head screwdrivers. The only other issue is that the canopy that covers the support bracket, remote control receiver and wiring is small. There are numerous electrical connections and lots of stuff packed into a small space. The aesthetics are great, but placing the cover over the wiring is a bit tricky. Since I have installed several other fans in the past, I found the bulk of the installation to be like any other.

The fan works well and looks really nice in my living room. It fits close enough to the ceiling that, at six feet tall, I can pass under the blades and light with out worry of contact. The color will work really well with the new flooring I will be installing.

I like the remote control with three-plus speeds. The "fourth" speed is a simulated outdoor breeze that varies over time. The other three speeds work well for various conditions. The light dimmer is easy to use and works well with the included LED bulbs.

Great look, great price

We added this fan in our new sunroom with a studio style roof.  This fan is designed to work with a flat or angled ceiling.  It worked great, looks awesome!

Love the fan and the styling. I have a bigger version in one of the main rooms.  Unfortunately due to my 1950's construction the element to use the remote for adjusting fan speed and light intensity wouldn't fit without a great deal of modifications.  Trying to find a fan without remote isn't easy but I did find one.  All good. It's an extra room

We like the looks of this fan. Once installed it is quiet and well balanced. Getting it installed was a bit of a challenge as the instructions were vague and we had to figure a number of steps out from the illustrations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product design was poor and instructions were inadequate.  The receiver for the remote control was a separate part and had to be wired separately and installed inside the fan base cover.  I had to do extra work to the mounting space to make it fit. (Both Hunter brand fans I recently purchased from Home Depot had the receiver already built into the fan). Furthermore, the limited space above the mounting bracket forced me to hold the fan motor in one hand and connect the ground with the other, as there was no room to do that if I had suspended the fan from the mounting bracket, which is what I have been able to do with every other fan I have ever installed over the last 30  years.    Finally, the housing for the reverse switch, which also contains the pin connector for the light kit was a separate item.  Again, I have never had that be a separate item in a fan assembly as it was always already built in.  This fan was almost more work than it was worth.  No wonder it was so cheap.
