The product was packaged very well no signs of damage to the box and of course none to the product.
I ordered a refurbished dehumidifier but it looks brand new and works perfectly so far.  I had a few questions and talked to someone at Walmart as well as the company that the product was shipped from.  Response from both was Very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The posting was incorrect, it was posted as a 50P but was sent a 30P, returned 30P for the correct size and was again sent a 30P. The boxes are incorrectly marked. Returning the 30P for a refund. I prefer to buy refurbished to keep items out of the landfill but this experience has me wondering if Walmart doesn't vet who they allow to sell on their website. Disappointed and a waste of time.
