For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner!  Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner!  You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in!  Just as easy as vacuuming!  But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you're done!  You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area!  I've had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!

Easiest Cleaner in Soo many ways!!!

I've only had one other carpet cleaner and it was a hand-me-down so about 15 years old? LOL My new carpet scrubber is so great! There was a learning curve (not long) to figure out how to be consistent with getting the wet cycle to be on. If you go super slow (like snails pace which my last cleaner required), it will flip to dry. And there isn't a way to turn off the soap. You just have to pull it out but that's no big deal. Overall really easy to use. Not as loud as my old one and really effective. The stain stick coming as the handle is super convenient! Really liked that. And got a free battery powered hand vacuum which is teeny but mighty!! Overall I'm thrilled with my new tools!

Extremely Effective

We are very pleased with the purchase of this product. It is very easy to use. Other cleaners we have purchased in the past have dirty water recovery tanks that are difficult to clean. This one is easy to clean. The removable cover on the top of the brushes is also easy to remove and clean. These feature makes the cleaner look brand new. It also cleans up soiled pet spots from our senior dogs. Our carpets look revived and new. Very pleased and highly recommend this cleaner!

I would buy this product again

Shampooer is easy to handle and cleans well! My granddaughter threw up blueberries on beige carpet. If sat there and dried all day because I had to go to work. I shampooed the carpet when I got home that evening and ALL of the blueberry stain came out with just one cleaning!!! Very pleased with my purchase!

Awesome machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner was purchased because we have 3 cats. They are great companions to us as retirees but make a certain amount of mess. This machine has more power than expected. And the dry only button sucked up any remaining water. The pet stain cleaner worked well. Cleaning the machine after use is necessary.

Definitely a good purchase!

I got this new carpet cleaner a few weeks ago. I tried it on one little spot using the little "trial size" spot treatment and shampoo and was really impressed by how clean it got the carpet! But then I had to wait a few days for the bigger jugs to arrive. It was well worth the wait!! We have tried SO MANY others and at first they seemed to work, but when they dried, the spots always cam back. And it would take at least 12-18 hours to dry with a fan on it. This Hoover SmartWash Pet Complete is AMAZING!! It took less than an hour to dry completely and it cleans so much deeper than any we have ever used before. Now all of my carpet looks so clean and spot free! And it is SO EASY to use! And clean up is a snap too!! I really do love this machine!!!

I LOVE THIS CARPET CLEANER!!!

I am so happy I purchased this carpet cleaner. Carpet is only two years old. We have two large dogs that have tracked in a lot of dirt. This cleaner really got the dirt out. Our carpet looked and felt brand new again. It took time but it was worth it. Cleaner is easy to use and clean. I stopped to clean the brushes often. Even though I vacuumed the carpet really well before cleaning, the cleaner picked up so much dog hair. I like the dry mode feature. Carpet dried quickly The handle seemed a little short. Would be nice to have the handle adjustable. The spot treatment wand was handy.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of carpet in my home, and I've had a whole litter of puppies, so I defiantly wanted this vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. When it first arrive, and I opened the box, one of the trial bottles had leaked. I contacted customer service and they sent me a large bottle. Very great customer service. Overall, very happy with the product and the customer service!

Love love love!!!

I bought this last month and it was delivered in a very quick timeframe. I also ordered the cleaning solutions to use with it. And then clean my whole 1500 square-foot house in a day and a half only because I had to rest a little bit as I am in my 70's. I followed the instructions used the spot cleaner and I also used the push forward to clean pull back to dry and then I also rinsed in between the cleaning. The floor took maybe an hour to dry and the carpet looked great. The machine Removed dirt that had been there for a long time so I am very pleased with this machine and would buy again. Also it was easy to clean after using. Absolutely great purchase!

Very happy!

First time using this machine and had issues with the suction. I would be using it and it would be working great but then just stop sucking up the water. Tank was no where near full. I noticed the hose attachment cover could not close all the way and I pushed it in as hard as it allowed. I thought that would help and it seemed to but then the problem persisted. I could hear it randomly stop the suction. I'd turn it on and off and put it upright again etc. nothing seemed to be a direct cause. I was annoyed and fed up and finally admitted it was a faulty machine that I did not want anymore. It doesn't work properly. It's a shame, because when it did seem to work, it worked great. I returned it. I'll buy a different machine that is similar to my last one.
