[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this steamer to clean family room, this is where we all live. Family with two dogs. The steamer does a great job, very easy to use . I love the fact that this unit comes apart and you can use as a handheld steamer. All of the steamer attachments are great, excellent for cleaning into small areas. Really like unit, hope to use for years to come.

I loved my last steam cleaner [another brand] but after several years it broke and there was not a replacement model]. After a couple of years of not having a steam cleaner for my wood floors, I did some research and bought the Steam Pet Complete. Having read the reviews before purchasing, I knew it may take a few times to see a huge difference. I used it on the entire house (re-filling the water tank as the tank on top never emptied---not sure if this is operator failure or a glitch), and was happy but not thrilled. The next night, I re-did all the floors and started seeing a difference. I also took the hand held steamer and cleaned my shower, baseboards, bathtub, and bathroom floor tiles---biggest change was the baseboards! I have only had it a week and have used each night, so much better than the "wet" pad system I used in steamers. I decided to use the carpet tool to see what it would do on the bedroom carpet, I like the results! Now I am looking to get a vacuum as my current one is on the outs.

Steam cleaner

I have owned this now for about a month and I have to say I am totally IN LOVE WITH IT!!! It has become my new go to for cleaning everything from the floor to the bathroom sink and even the stove!!!. Its amazing how much dirt and grime gets removed from this. My next challenge is trying to do my cabinets from years of dirty childrens hands grabbing them. I beleive it might just do the trick!!!

Gamechanger!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted a steam mop (my last two-other brands-broke) that would also let me steam clean other things. I don't like using chemicals to clean. I finally got months and months of soap scum off the bottom of my shower, cleaned the door and window tracks, and cleaned my whole bathroom in addition to mopping my floor. Love it. My only complaint is that it's quite loud. Not sure if there's even anything that can be done about that.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I contacted Hoover and after receiving a picture of steam mop with cord cut off they shipped a new mop. I have only used 2 times and works much better than my previous steam mop from another company. Great customer service. I almost always send in product reviews even without chance of winning a "#Sweepstakes".

Hoover Pet Steam Mop

I have been loyal to Hoover products for years, so when I decided to get a steam cleaner, I automatically gave the Hoover product my first try. Unfortunately I sent it back because it seems underpowered to me. It's built well, but it holds little water, so the steaming wanes rather quickly. Primarily, my complaint is it has little actual cleaning power. Any shopper will discover a range of competing units with more power and therefore higher prices.

We bought this less than 6 months ago and it's already not working. It worked great in the beginning but started noticing problems after a couple of months. Problems started when I noticed the floor cleaning solution would not work and stayed full in its place. So I had to pour liquid on the floor with a little water and that's how I got by. Then the top handle button to steam the floor with which you have to hold down would not work. No steam coming out of it. I have to press the bottom steam button and clean the floor like the hunchback of notredame just to get the job done. This is useless.

Less than 6 months and already not working

When I used the steamer, it really didn't pick up dirt, it just spread the dirt around more. I tried to contact customer service several times to inquire about a return. After finding the returns instructions it was going to cost me almost as much as the unit to ship back. I will no longer be purchasing Hoover products moving forward.
