I purchase 9/2/18 and very happy with suction power. The bendable brush not so much, want stay bend since there is no click mechanism to keep it that way(lock) needs improvement!!! Lost most of suction last Saturday. No clogs and all filters are clean (Hepa too) can't find an authorized dealer to work under warranty, 800 # on classical hold music for an hour and I gave up. First could not register my vacuum but after multiple tries I did. Send an email to CST SRV just now and hope they can assist since vacuum has 3 yrs warranty. I only use it once a week vacuum 2 sofas, and 2 area rugs

I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad I made a decision purchasing this. This vacuum does all the good work in my carpet, flat carpet, tile wood and my tile kitchen floor. And before i forgot even my stairs carpet. I vacuum my entire house three times a week bec it's so easy & light weight. This vacuum is my new buddy cleaner! I just loved it!!!

Great features!

I purchased this a month ago and it is an excellent vacuum for what I needed. It has very good suction and cleans my floor a lot better then others I have tried in the past. There are handy attachments for every job. I like that it was so easy to assemble and lightweight. I highly recommend this vacuum if you are looking for a good quality product.

Excellent product

In my apartment, I have half vinyl & half low nap carpet. My stick battery vac is great for the vinyl, but wouldnt touch the embedded pet hair in the carpet. The Hoover sucked a big ball of pet hair up, and walking around in dark sox proved that it's just what I need.

Works as advertised, super on pet hair!

I am beyond impressed with the power and versatility of this vacuum!! You can go from bare floors to carpet while doing everything in-between also. And the auto cord rewind has got to be my favorite part!! Cleaning floors has never been easier. I highly recommend the WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Upright Vacuum to everyone!! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for the whole home!

The vacuum is overall very easy to use. I love that the hose is super long and you can turn the brush off to use on hard floors. Works great with pet hair and very easy to maintain. Very pleased with the vacuum and it's help up very well. Also the cord retract is a huge plus!!

Awesome vacuum!

I bought this vacuum two weeks ago and just love it. The features are outstanding, suction at 12 amps, bumper guard, brushroll off, easy cleaning and awesome tools. No other vacuum brand offers everything the hoover does. Just love this machine it is here to clean not play.

Great Vacuum

My client bought this vacuum. I am her PCA, so I do all her cleaning, including vacuuming every day. I am in love! It works so good! It picks up dog hair like a champ! Its easy to carry up and down the stairs! Its easy to clean. And I LOVE the retractable cord! I'm going to purchase this for my own house!

Love it!

The vacuum does a great job on carpets and hard floors. The included tools are OK but the Turbo Tool rotation stalls out much too easily. Emptying the dirt cup is messy and pet hair tends to get stuck up in the "Cyclonic" filter assembly and I have to use a long handled old tooth brush to clean and remove it. If it weren't for these drawbacks it could be rated a 5 star. I would recommend this vacuum as long as the user didn't mind a little dirt on the hands when emptyiing it.

I would still consider buying this vacuum again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 3 very similar models. I called spoke to several people who recommended this one. It is EXTREMELY heavy and bulky. I am exhausted after 1 room. The extension pole will not stay locked and constantly retracts and pinches your finger. Pretty much hate it.
