Size

It makes getting into my pool so much easier the ladder that came with the pool is scary to say the least I was afraid to get on it to get into the pool now with the steps its is so much easier

We order the 4x5 blue pad to put under our grand entrance above ground pool steps. The pad fit perfect with plenty of room in the front, back, and on either side.

Very nice pad.  Large size made it useful for adding a ramp in the pool without having to worry about damaging the liner.

The ladder step pad is excellent for protecting the pool steps from damaging the pool liner!

Good Protection

Carpet of good thickness. Easy to reach the bottom of the pool. Good grip for stairs. A bit expensive though.

This is the 2nd ladder pad i've purchased from 2 different manufacturers and it too was wrong. Here's a hint to the companies who make these pads. buy a tape measure. 4' x 5' means 48" x 60" not 46" x 56". The last one I got was 42" x 52" so I returned it. This one I had to use as we've been waiting for over 2 weeks to use the pool. I think i'm going to take a step back and start shopping the old fashioned way. At least I can take a tape measure with me.

It's the size that matters.
