Using it on my legs, it can help me release my muscle soreness after exercise. This is very helpful for my cellulite and blood circulation. The price is also in line with my budget, I will buy more as Christmas gifts.

It's a little tight so make sure when you roll it that you are holding it and not just pushing ti cause it hurts some. Ideal for legs and arms tried it on my neck but didn't quite like it. Perfect after a long walk to help sore calves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roller seems like it would pretty good to help relax sore muscles. The massagers aren't too hard to too soft. The foam is extremely firm without being too firm to the point it feels like plastic. The handle can open wide enough to put a leg through. I have large calves and thick thighs and was able to maneuver the roller up and down my legs. 

As far as how effective it is, I'm not sure because I don't have any extremely sore muscles at the moment, but from what I've seen, it'll do a good job.

on each side while you place it on the area your massaging 
and pull up and down. Maneuvers easy and is great to use 
on calves!

It does feel good when you roll it on your arms or legs, but I do prefer to roll it while wearing a thin shirt or thin pants, only because it might feel hard for me. As for using it on my neck, I prefer not to. It seems a little too rough for neck use. Other than that, it works well on my leg and arm.

Its so versatile, which is nice. You can use it on your neck, thigh, leg and a few other places. Its also very easy to use.

If you like a deep tissue massage, this is for you

The rollers are a harder material, not soft foam. Glides easily on arms and legs, but watch out for contact on bony areas. Not crazy about it, but do enjoy use on the forearms.

Not my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this since I suffer from a lot of neck pain I thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately it doesn't really feel comfortable at all and is not easy to roll up and down on your own at all. On your thighs and arms it's fairly easy and feels pleasant. It says can also be used on your waist but I'm assuming you have to be very thin. The color is super cute however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited at the idea of this personal massager. It's one piece, multi use, design is extremely clever. I love that it can be used as is (without adding or removing parts) for all areas of the body simply depending upon where you place your hands to hold it.

The only problem is, it hurts!! The textured rollers are hard as rocks (the actual rolling portion)! They really hurt my calves (and don't roll past the sides of your knees; ouch!) and arms; and not, in a good way! 
 If the rollers were made of foam this would be a great product! As is, this thing would give me bruising if I continued using it.

Also, the pink and black photo of the Massager as displayed on the box, didn't match the color of the contents. The massager is actually all pink; which I actually preferred, but is not what is represented.

Clever Design But Painful
