I haven't had a hot sauce this good... well, ever. I use it all over the place, but tonight I found my favorite use to date. I boiled up some frozen gyoza and made up a dipping sauce of roughly 50/50 soy sauce and this lovely Classic Hot Sauce. Delicious. My favorite part is there is heat, there is a bit of a kick and a burn, but there is also FLAVOR. So many hot sauces are just burn without flavor. I now have 3 bottles in my fridge because my first is almost gone (I'm using it on everything) and I don't want to run out. 100% recommend.

HEATONIST

This was the one I chose to introduce hot sauce into my meals. The balance of vinegar and pepper is nice. It's unique and is now a staple of my hot sauce roster. When I introduce my friends to hot sauce, I always go with this one first. It's basic but in all the right ways to be a mild tasty sauce.

Enter the multiverse of Hot Sauces

Quite possibly the tastiest hot sauce I've ever had. The word succulent comes to mind every time I have some. My only complaint is that there needs to be a bigger bottle option. Ha! I go through it pretty quick because it's so good and since it's on the mild side, you could drink the stuff.

Make a bigger bottle please!

I'm a HUGE hot sauce guy and basically put it on everything. Whether it's eggs in the morning, leftovers at lunch, and even cottage cheese at night. As with most sauces, you want something that enhances the flavor of what you're eating, not over powering it or drowning it out. That is where The Classic comes in. Just enough heat and flavor to compliment anything. Trust me that if we're going to have wings we're definitely stepping up to The Last Dab. As I said each sauce has its own time and place but can't go wrong with this one!

Its ok. Im not big on the apple cider vinegar/ turmeric combo. Needs more 🥵 heat

Love the flavor profile of this sauce. It's got a great spice balance.. not too much.. not too little. A good for almost anything go-to sort of sauce. My only complaint is that is is sooo watery it's tough to use on a lot of things because it literally runs down your hands & all over the place as you're trying to eat whatever you put it on.

Taste is great.. just wish it was thicker.

This is nice, but it isn't the all-purpose every-food hot sauce I was hoping for (and it's advertised as). The flavor is extremely strongly apple cider vinegar, which goes well with South-Eastern American food (rice, beans, pork, boiled greens) but not so well with other cuisines. Tasty though, not harsh. When sampled by itself it has a surprising kick up front but doesn't linger or build. When eaten on wings or burgers the heat is barely noticable.

Pretty good

I have love the Hot Ones other sauces, so I figured I'd try this one. It is really different than the other Los Calientes sauces. This one is thin and super vinegary. I like it, but it's not what I expected. It reminds me of a more vinegary buffalo sauce.

Okay

I thought this sauce was supposed to be MILD. I have been using Frank's WING SAUCE, which is not hot and tastes great, but I thought I would try this one, but it is too Hot for me. I'm giving it 2 stars. It's not your fault I can't handle the heat, but I would not call this one MILD. I would call it MEDIUM.

Classic Sauce Too Hot

I should preface this by saying that my fiancée really likes this stuff, but it is NOT for me. Normally I dig vinegar-forward sauces (Tabasco, while basic, is one of my all time favorites), but this stuff tastes like rotten apples. It might be the worst hot sauce I've ever tasted.
