[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this! He's in his monster truck phase so it was a huge hit. I loved how easy it was to put together, no complicated instructions or pieces. The shark jaw action was a big hit as well - he loved "chomping" his trucks.

Someone gifted my son a whole bunch of the monster trucks a couple of years ago and he's just discovered the sets for them.  He loves seeing if the shark has captured the truck or not.  Keeps both my son and daughter entertained for quite a while.  Another great find from Mattel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old loves this set.  It's a little challenging to hit the treasure chest so it opens, so it keeps him busy as he's determined to get it.  When it misses the shark chomps down sending the cars on the back flying.  So even when he doesn't win he still has fun.

It's a small set and pretty simple so it won't likely hold anyone's attention.  But It's perfect when he wants to play with something but only have 10-20 minutes before needing to move on to bedtime or something.

This allows a child imagination to grow and develop and also helps with fine motor skills from playing. I have a godson who absolutely loves cars he is car crazy and when he saw this his face lit up. He was racing around making car noises. The tiger shark with the treasure chest is really imaginative. It was easy to set up and it creates hours of fun.

He loves trying to aim for the Treasure and not getting chomped. It's a really cute set and he loves the monster truck that came with it. I would definitely recommend.

Such a fun set

My youngest daughter loves it .
She loves it.
She played with her little cousin who is only 4 and he loved it too.
We got Treasure Chomp Challenge. 
I helped them assemble it and once it was done they were away! 

They said that they love how you can build on this piece and collect them all.
It's like a sharks mouth and the little monster truck goes in to try and save the Treasure and you need to be so quick other wise Shark Chomp you up !! Not literally lol .

Definitely suitable for our 4 year old he absolutely loves it been playing with it since we got it.

You can connect to other Arena Pieces to complete a full circuit! 
It's brilliant. 
There was a crush car included in the set which can be used for extra destruction!

The details on the shark teeth and the jumping through were his favorite parts. Monster truck is a nice touch too, very well made for the destruction he causes to it haha. Playability is good, although limited by only the jump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Monster Truck was a little lackluster.  There wasn't much to the toy itself and the jaws themselves didn't actually do anything. My boy a were excited with the way the toy looked, it looks like it can actually destroy the trucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena Smasher Treasure Chomp is not a favorite with my kids.  While they were excited to have a new monster truck, the toy itself was not the best.  It was difficult to set the trap.  Once the truck was launched, it was not consistent in going through the toy.  If the toy is not connected to another set, it slides around causing the truck to be displaced.  Only about 1/3 of the time does the trap work.

Treasure Chomp is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set would be a good way to get this particular monster truck. As far as the shark part, this did not hold my kids interest at all. They couldn't get the mouth to work properly or the treasure chest inside. It probably held their interest for a total of 5 minutes. They do really like the look of the monster truck that comes with it though.
