We bought this for our seven year son for Christmas. He loves it! Lots to do. Way bigger then the appearance on commercials! 
A great bonus is you can connect other hot wheels tracks on to it.
Our ten year daughter finds it entertaining as well.
Great place to store his cars!

5 year old son plays with this for hours. You can do several things at once with it and it is big enough for 3 boys to play with at the same time. Excellent quality, relatively easy to assemble. The gorilla crashes down and is startling, but my son removed it easily (much quieter toy now). Be warned - it is HUGE!

Great Features

Bought this for Christmas for my son he is 3. He as no problem working all features and loves it, there is lots of spots to add other playsets which is great. The assembly didn't take too long and they did a great job simplifying the instructions. The only thing I do not like about the playset is the gorilla elevator and rand-a-bout ramp do not fit all hotwheels cars. Only the  regular vehicles fit, the unique looking ones and trucks will either pile up on the ramp or they get stuck in the elevator and cause it to make a loud noise as the gears continue to try and rotate --- though we've gotten the cars stuck countless times and it continues to function normally :)

Everything and more!

This gift has been the highlight of christmas this year. All three of our boys play with it (range in ages from 6-10). It is easy to assemble- the kids helped! It's a bit loud when using the battery function but not obtrusive. I'd give it 5 stars but the quality is a little lacking. We already have had to 'fix' the gorilla (day two of owning it) with screws falling out and plastic splitting. However, it hasn't affected the fun factor and we were able to get it working again.

Easy to use & put together

We recently purchased this on clearance. We have a 7-year-old who loves cars, and he's so very happy with it. Beware, this thing is huge and takes up considerable space. Assembly is straight-forward and easy. We ended up removing the Gorilla as it was just loud & annoying, and the plane on top is relatively useless. The elevator corkscrew seems to jam easily. Minor gripes though, overall we're quite pleased.

Huge!

This was the second super ultimate garage set we had purchased orignally bought one from a different store for xmas for my sons and the elevator and gorilla function broke the second day playing with it, This set from walmart is a bit better though upon opening there were broken pieces nothing major but still dissapointing and i have chosen not to attach the gorilla seeing as it looks like the area where he would drop is cracked (came that way) so id rather just leave him off then chance it breaking it is a lot of fun for my boys but for the price i paid i expect all the pieces to be together and in working order Mattel needs to step up their game.

Hours of fun

Bought this for my boys (2.5 and 5.5), they LOVE It!!  It is huge, way bigger than I expected, but they play with it for hours.  Keeps friends busy when they come to visit and it's big enough for everyone to play with.   Has some neat features.  
Downfall was that the gorilla broke right off the bat and so we didn't get to use that feature but I think it would get in the way.   Some cars are too long and get stuck in the lift, but even my boys seemed to figure that out and know which to avoid.  

Has it's goods and bars but it keeps them entertained so not disapppointed with this purchase at all

Hours of fun!

I bought this item for a gift, unfortunately the box was a bit damaged, which made my gift look used. My grandkids loved it, and luckily their dad was there to ride this gigantic tower.

Super

kids loved it, set up is easy good instructions but the Gorilla on it broke after 3 days... three days, I mean really three days.  This is sad and looking at reviews online quite common with this product.  With it's price I would have expected a lot more durable product from top to bottom.

great except

The piece that fixes the gorilla to the track was missing from the box otherwise this rating would be higher.  Right now, the gorilla constantly falls off the top of the elevator.
