I have purchased the HotHands 18-Hour Warmers multiple times to help care for a small group of semi-feral cats that were abandoned in my area in April 2025. They will not allow me to approach them, so bringing them indoors is not an option. I built insulated winter shelters filled with 7–8 inches of straw, but the shelters are not located where I can safely run electrical cords for heated pads.

These warmers have been an excellent solution. I activate them at evening feeding time (around 5–6 PM), place them inside thick socks, and tuck them into the straw inside the shelters. The 18-hour duration is ideal because it provides warmth through the coldest part of the night and into the next morning. I have found they activate reliably and last close to the full advertised time. The cats have clearly used the shelters consistently since winter arrived.

For reference, I live in western North Carolina, where winter temperatures can vary significantly. I typically use:

• 1 warmer when overnight lows are in the mid-20s to low 30s
• 2 warmers when temperatures are in the teens to low 20s
• 3 warmers when temperatures drop into the single digits

I also adjust the number of warmers based on predicted wind chill.

They provide steady, reliable heat and give me peace of mind knowing the cats have extra warmth when they need it most. For anyone caring for outdoor or feral animals without access to electricity, these are a practical and dependable option.

I purchased several packs of these to send to the victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.  I've used these in the past during football games and when hunting and they did not disappoint.  The victims of the hurricane requested these specifically so I know they will be grateful.

I have outside cats that I feed. There is a momma cat and her baby. I have a litter box with the dome on it and I have a blanket inside and I put the hand warmers under the blanket and they sleep in the box on the hand warmers. They work really well and the heat lasts at least 12 hours. Makes me feel better they have a warm place to stay. 💜

Larger sized and work the best!

I used this item on my 95, year old veteran father's hands that was hurting his because of the pain in his hands, he said his hands was hurting and cold so I gave him a pair of warmers and he said he stopped hurting and his hands were warm!,so thanks for the tip you left about trying the warming gloves 🧤

100% worth every dollar, they truly provide the heat you need in the cold. If you have any specific needs like POTS Syndrome,Arthritis,Autoimmune Disease, Diabetes and just want to be warm these will help you so much! Get you some. Remember to shake them every so often to provide more heat!

WARM EVEN WHEN ITS FREEEZING

This has now turned into our Girl Scout cookie booth must have for my daughter. It is perfect for during the winter time super easy for that to keep their hands warm. We also keep them with our gloves so if we're running out of the house, I'm a really cold day we can just grab them perfect size cause they're a lot bigger than the regular size ones so works well for younger children as well as adults obviously with adult supervision, but definitely worth it.

I love these body %26 hand super warmers. These warmers heat up quickly and stay warm for hours. I use the small ones for my hands and I use the large ones to keep my blanket warm that I use to sit on and keep my body warm. These are well worth the money.

HOT TO THE READY!!!!

Great for stadium events or in the glove box of your car for slide offs in the winter.  These are much larger than hand warmers.  I put them over my heart for full body warmth or sit on them to keep my rear end warm in freezing temps on metal bleachers or camp chairs.  Lasted well over 12 hours.

I can't believe it. They are the most amazing thing ever. I work outside. They kept my hands warm, they're so hot and warm for 10 hours. I was at work. They were still hot Anybody's crazy that don't get these.  They're just amazing.I recommend them highly highly recommend them

Have been using for year and for first time have not lived up to expectations. Only lasted for a few hours not anywhere near 18. Had the body warmer from last year and it lasted about 12 hours in comparison. Not happy as we had planned on helping us stay warm in freezing temps. Cut our time short. As you can see in photo should be good for 2 more years.
