Hi,
I have had two sets of your ear phones that have both failed to connect to my computer gave up and orderd and have been using for a couple of years a pair called Srhythm no problem all working well with the same quality of sound,  Sorry your product doesn't stand up.

Not recommended

I bought them 6 months ago and they are already broken in terms of the listener's rotation system. Although they are a bit too tight, the sound quality is very good, and the visual is very beautiful. But hey, I can't use them anymore.
