I bought these a month ago to replace my AirPods which r no longer working and they r amazing!! Fantastic sound and I love the bamboo! Only thing I would change is I wish they came with different size rubber pieces for my ears. These r a bit big for me but totally worth making them work!

Great sound

It connects to the devices well, and the audio quality is amazing!

The only love/hate relationship I have with this is that you can't pause/play using tap when you're using single earbud. I know that if you take them off the music pauses (which has proven itself useful on a lot of occasions), but I would have also preferred to be able to simply tap to pause.

Overall, very satisfied with the product!

Great earbuds!

Recieved these as a birthday present. Took a while to figure out why one bud wasn't working but online instructions made it easy to fix. Couldnt have asked for a better birthday gift. Sound amazing, look beautiful and feel invisible when in use. Third time using marley products and still haven't been left disappointed

House of Marley

I always loved the idea of wireless headphones but didn't like any of the brands that sold them... until I recieved the email about these! I recieved an early access email and couldn't resist. I never buy things like this but they just looked so cool and I love Marley as a brand, they tick all the boxes and care about the wider world than a lot of other brands. They arrived fully charged which was amazing and I am absolutely in love with them. I have been truely converted. The fact you can tap the earphones and they pause or put noise cancellation on, you can have one in at a time and the other in the case - and the little case it comes in is so compact and smooth. Love the shape and the look and I can see people looking at them in my ears because they are so different to airpods. Definitely worth the treat to myself :)

The sound quality top notch, design top notch, charging np. 

One feature issue- you can't turn the ear buds on/off with out the case. So for instance you take a. Ear bud out n set it down for a few mins you need to physically put the ear bud back in the case, close the case & re-open then remove the ear bud to use it again. I wish they stayed on for about 15 mins out of my ear

Great w one annoying “feature”

Apart from a few minor features that could be improved, I am very pleased with these headphones. Having tried a variety of options over the last couple of months, I've finally settled on these!  Initially, one of the biggest draws was House of Marley's efforts to use more sustainable materials in making these, but I'm pleased with the product beyond that.  (And this is after having tried both Sennheiser Momentum TW — given up due to terrible battery life — and another brand I forget because they were so uncomfortable I returned them within 24 hours.  The wireless headphones with silicone wings do not play nicely with my ears.)  Here are the key points I've found on the Redemption ANCs:

Pros:
- Great battery life.  Wanted these for working out a few times a week, walking the dogs while taking a phone call and do not have to re-charge the case every night.  When the earbuds go in the case, they switch off and re-charge.  The case also has handy lights to let you know how full the battery is.  I didn't keep track exactly, but these easily lasted a couple of weeks for my use on a full charge.
- I've had no issues with syncing or taking calls after a month of use.
- Sound quality is good.  I mean, it's not in the league of the Sennheiser Momentum TW, but the sound is solid.  Definitely works for my needs!  Using with phone calls, people have had no issue hearing me on the other end of the line.

Cons:
- My biggest complaint is that the headphones don't offer a way to change the volume on the ear buds.  Lots of other features (stop/start music, answer/hang up a phone call, skip ahead to the next track...) but I do wish there was volume control.  This was not a deal-breaker for me, but it would be nice.
- Controls seem a little finicky (tapping on the bamboo part of the earbud), but this also seems relatively common for the true wireless headphones I've tried.

Solid + Sustainable

I am in love with these wireless ear buds, i was looking for good sound quality and they haven't disappointed. However i have noticed a few annoyances while i have been using them. If i am wearing earrings the commands start doing there own thing, if i get the google assistant up by mistake the sound quality goes very funny after the assistant has gone. If i just pick the case up to move it, it is automatically pairing when then the lid is closed. If you get too hot or have been wearing them for a long time, they sometimes fall out, the only way to know when they fall out is that the music stops, which is a super helpful feature

Fantastic Sound Quailty

These headphones sound good, the noise cancelling really works and they look cool. I've been looking for earbuds for ages (usually wear Bose NC700 overheads) and the main reason I chose these is because they're sustainably built and the company supports good causes. Only reason it's not 5* is had very occasional connection glitches & they're a slightly bulky.

Love these!

I've had these for aboutn5 days and I've really wanted them to be great but unfortunately, not so much. When the noise cancellation is on I can not really tell the difference, not enough to be useful anyway. I've tried different size ear bud pads (not included) without a difference. 
Also, the Bluetooth function doesn't work well with my Pixel4. It drops randomly and at times refuses to connect. 
The sound quality on phonecalls has a crackling sound but is good with music. I had several complaints from people I have spoken with that there is a echo sound on phone calls.
Lastly the tapping of the earphones to change features is challenging and inconsistent given there is not an actual button to push but rather just a general area on the side to tap. It's not intuitive and doesn't work well and the included instructions are not helpful.
I will be returning these. I like the idea and the company so much I will try again on another generation down the line.
