This spring replacement kit has every thing you need to fix your couch, It is easy to do with the instructions being very clear and has pictures . I replaced  three strings in about one hour from start to finish.

Pleased with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked everything but the directions. Had to get them from internet via a QR code and print out... kind of false advertising if you are bragging the directions are included. ALSO the drawing on the way the way the clips are placed on the chair base. Although anyone would realize they are placed folded end in facing the chair center the direction do NOT show this in the drawing.

Great product... directions not so great.

this looked like it wasn't that hard to do but there is no way it can be done in your home. Without all the tools and know how to take a couch apart and put it back together it just can't be done. So don't get this unless you are a professional. I lost $100. and now I can't us my couch or the spring kit. Now what do I do with the spring kit?

This sucks to lose this much money!
