After Helix CO2 laser treatment this moisturizer was able to keep my face as moisturized as it can feel after that treatment. I used another product, an ointment, immediately after the treatment as recommended by the doctor, but from the next day onward, I only used Avene products. This Cicalfate felt soothing and healing and kept my face feeling less dry. It felt so much less greasy than the doctor recommended ointment and stayed on my skin longer.

This is one of a few products I can use on my very sensitive, rosacea prone skin. I have no irritation from this product. The Cicalfate Emulsion is a bit on the lighter side and I generally use 2X a day - great under makeup too. Love AVENE products!!!

GREAT PRODUCT!

Three months ago I had a small surgery on my leg to remove a cancerous mole.  It was healing very slowly but I started using Cicalfate serum and cream and the aperance of the scar improved noticeably.  I am impressed and happy.

It is an excellent product!

This is a lighter formula than the Cicalfate+ cream i usually putchase. I find it hydrates and calms my reactive skin just as well. I like this has a lighter option for the warmer months.

Great for sensitive skin

Walmart had this cream when other vendors did not . Price fairly reasonable.

Cicalfate  Hydrating Skin Recovery Emulsion has the essential formula that heals my skin. It works quickly to relive the dryness from eczema. Cicalfate is definitely part of my daily skin care.

This BURNS. My derm recommended this after my microneedling. I even tried once using it on my baby's rash cause, you know, its Cicalfate, she SCREAMED it still hurts me. 
I'm giving it a 3 because I believe its good caue its cicalfate but it's not gentle like the cream.

Way too small of container. Too expensive for what you get. No way would I think it's fair. I actually got so irritated about size and price I returned the item. After all most face and body creams can only have certain ingredients
The skin can only handle certain ingredients. Yes, some creams have more of one vs other ingredients.

I have Neurovascular Rosacea with 0 heat intolerance so my skin is extremely sensitive with no barrier. I have a difficult time finding any products that don't irritate my skin. This didn't work for me.
