[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a Christmas present for my almost 5 year old. It's 17 days til Christmas so she hasn't received it yet, however I removed it from the package to put batteries in it so it would be ready when she opens it. I haven't filled it up with water yet I wasn't sure if it would leak or not. I played around with Toothless myself and I personally think he's so cute! I love how he has the two different modes between battle and friendly. The only thing I dislike is the head is so heavy on the stuffed animal it doesn't sit up by itself. It seems to me this is meant to be a sort of puppet toy as it has a place to put your hand up in its head. Overall it's really cute and I think my child will enjoy it.. the $40 price point is fairly accurate I would not pay more than that for it though.

She wanted this so badly after watching the commercial for it, and it does look really cool! Special effects of smoke out of its nose and mouth is going to be awesome! I orderes this toy for my grandson birthday.  He loves dinosaur and dragons. This to was evhe wanted and more. makes lot of sounds and is a and held puppet.

The head is not only to top heavy to be a puppet and the controls on the inside of the head ( which make it move) are not kid hand friendly at all. My 11 daughter even had a hard time.
