The Huawei P40 was announced in March of 2020 alongside its higher-end siblings, the P40 Pro and P40 Pro+. It features a 6.1-inch OLED screen, the same Kirin 990 5G chipset found in Huawei’s flagships, and comes with 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of fast UFS 3.0 storage. I bought this Huawei P40 phone from Walmart , coming from Gadget Source. When i receive it to update the EMUI operating system, it will not allow to update further than EMUI 11 and foes nit come with PlayStore.I decided to return it explaining the 2 reasons. I requested a return label and Gadget Store would not agree stating that i returned the phone at my cost because i changed my mind, which is completely false.
No where on the description of the phone in the Walmart site did it mention that this phone cannot be upgraded beyond EMUI 11 and nowhere does it say that it does not come with Play Store. i simple search through Google AI shows this phone upgradable to EMUI 13 with PlayStore. 
This supplier is completely  dishonest and Walmart or other  companies should not be associated with it otherwise it is ruining their name.
Walmart keep saying to deal with the supplier directly and the supplier keep saying that i changed my mind and insist that i pay the return transport cost. 
Whenever you see Gadget Source , run away. Dishonest and false advertising. Avoid wasting time with this supplier.
