Instructions are not translated, making assembly and use more difficult.

Pretty decent for the money.  Instructions were in Chinese I believe but I was able to do it anyway lol.  **Just make sure you realize that the vertical poles (the top ones on each corner)  will slide into the bottom ones so you can make it look exactly like the picture.  You open up the 4 sides inside the joints and slide the skinnier pole in that way - took a few minutes for me to figure that part out but I did it!  Then you can tighten the joints around the smaller poles and it's pretty sturdy.

Decent for the low price.

The product doesn't match with the advertising. It is much smaller than the pictures shown. The weight of the rack can only accommodate a maximum of 2 boxes on the botttom shelf. The overall construction is alright but is not stronge enough to hold a full rack of clothings.

If I paid full price for this I wouldn't be happy. I got it on clearance and its fine. We will be using it once a year for a few months at a time to hang and organize costumes and put it away. This is not something I would leave out all the time or where company can see it as it is very cheap.

Cheap, Flimsy but serves its purpose

Not a good product. First it only came with instructions that were in Chinese. I finally found on the Walmart app some instructions in English but difficult to follow and the tube sizes (should be three different sizes) were all the same so it didn't fit together. After two days I finally got it together and it's not very sturdy- I ended up buying a different one on a different platform

Don't waste your time!

Absolute piece of garbage. Flimsy, elements bent on arrival, structure makes no sense. Part of the brace is secured with elastics!!  If the base is set like the picture, the rods shift above. If the base is raised one can't hang clothing. I think this is scam company selling knock off. Came with a tiny photocopied instruction sheet and the identified pieces did not match up with what arrived. If I could give it a zero, I would.

Flimsy, Poorly Designed, Overpriced Rip Off

Opened the box, only to find that I am missing 6 pieces. So I have to send the whole back and reorder. Hopefully all the pieces will come the second time. very frustrating

I put it together and when weighted with very little clothing the poles that are bracing at the bottom, holding the whole thing together, come apart. I will be returning it and suggest no one ever purchase it.

Poor construction

The product was rusting and chipping. The instructions were strictly Japanese and when I tried using the QR code to their site hoping it would have English instructions the site just kept reloading itself. Totally a waste of my money and am so glad I got it refunded.
