Installing was a bit hard

No instructions in English.
Hard to place the plastic nobs to hold the wheels into the metal poles.   The hole is too small to allow the plastic nobs to be placed into the poles.  The lower pole to hold the clothes is too close to the higher pole.

It's hard to assemble, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I haven't been able to put it together yet. You need a hammer and a strong person to install the wheels underneath.

Don't buy it

Foot pads with rollers do not fit into the bottom where they are supposed to be inserted.  Also is not sturdy.

Small shorter than expected. Pieces did not fit together properly
