[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rollator is very sturdy with its large wheels and construction! Very comfortable to walk with. It is a little heavy for me but I make it work. They could have made the instructions clearer, but it eventually came together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy and relatively easy to put together. A great way to stay active with supports. Suggest one indoors at home and one for outings.

I did a fair amount of research and tried out a few different walkers before deciding on this. Here are the plusses: 1. well built. 2. ergonomic handles and easy to use brakes. 3. folding bag beneath seat is very useful as is the extra handlebar bag. 4. LARGE 8 inch wheels. I use a cane for short walks but wanted the extra balance help for longer walks around the city. Works very well on city streets, fair on grass unless it is cut very short. The larger wheels do make a difference if you want to use it outside. Great for people with balance issues or for folks like me who suffer from progressive muscle atrophy. Great next step after a cane to allow you to keep your mobility and independence! Great price too!

Excellent value for price

This is a replacement for my old walker. It is the same width. It is taller and weighs more because it is made more solid and is made out of steel. It took some getting used to the taller height but it helps me walk more straight up and not bent over.  WELL BUILT i LIKE IT

Bought this for my 93 year old Dad who can be a bit unsteady on his feet at times.  It arrived two days sooner than expected with all the parts.  Assembly was not difficult but does require some hand strength for holding the buttons in while inserting the wheels and putting the safety clamps on.  Some with weak hands may need assistance with that.  Instructions were clear and complete.  Once assembled, it appears and feels to be very sturdy and well designed.  Pleasantly surprised with its maneuverability inside the house.  As a former Navy aviation metalsmith, Dad was impressed with the frame and large wheels.  He was up first thing this morning giving it a test drive on the sidewalk in front of the house.  Upon getting back to the house (no speeding tickets) he was grinning from ear to ear.  His reaction,  "I love it!!"  Reminded me of the time when I was a kid that I got a new bike for Christmas .  That sounds like a five star rating to me.   
     Got it for basically the same price as an inferior looking one at a local pharmacy that I was considering before I read the reviews on both.  This Hugo received much more favorable ratings from the purchasers. This one included the two storage bags which the other one did not have.  Thanks Hugo and Walmart.

He loves it!

I purchased this rollator as a replacement when the wheels on my mother's old rollator wore out.  The Elite model is easier to fold than the regular model and the sale price made it a great value.  The Elite also comes with a saddle bag which keeps smaller items like sunglasses and tissues handy. Otherwise it's identical to the original model so my mother was comfortable with it immediately.

Great value

My husband is 6ft. 2 in. tall, weighed 270 lbs., and it fits him. The seat could have been an inch wider, but he likes the snug fit. The Physical Therapist wished she had gotten her father this one.

We had to use a pliers to grip the safety bands/straps/protection around the legs. That is the only problem that we struggled with when we assembled it. We were determined to add them although we thought if we left them off, it wouldn't make that big of a difference. Nothing sharp would be exposed.

The four big wheels enable the walker to be used safely to go to the Dr., stores, etc. Our house is small, so a smaller walker is used in the house.
The various sized storage pockets hold various items. I pack items in a basket and place it in the small cloth bag under the seat.
It fits in the trunk when we slip off the firm back rest for the seat.
It is a nice walker.

The walker is exactly as described, excellent quality. The only reason I gave it overall of 4 stars is because the instructions have no detail and it is easier to look at the picture on the box it comes in than follow the instructions. It took almost one hour to finally get it right.

Great Walker

It is very sturdy, and helps me keep my balance while walking. I am 5 ft and 240 lbs and have a disability that includes balance issues. The only issue is it's a bit hard to unfold. I purchased the water bottle holder add-on at Rexall. It's super easy to install. Quite literally one screw. I'm extremely pleased with this walker!! Now I can move again with my family, and not feel left behind. Very reasonably priced. It was delivered within a week, and is easy to assemble.

Not Left Behind

Walker is very nice and appears to be well made. Easy set up. My one problem is that it does not stand alone so you have to balance it when you close and open it. Storing is also a problem since it doesn't stand alone. The big rubber tires are great except they mark the floor and carpet so be careful where you roll it in the house, this is not dirt from outside it is from the rubber. I tried cleaning them etc. but they still mark, our other walker didn't do that. My husband uses this walker and he likes it , these are my problems because I load it into the car and do all the cleaning. Not the end of the world

nice walker

We purchased Hugo Elite Rollator in January and it lasted less than 7 months before one of the front wheels broke off, leading to a bad fall. The gentleman who was using the rollator weighs well under the stated maximum weight limit of 300 lbs and it has never been abused.
