One can was dented. There is no  way the shopper could not see can was dented, badly.
I would appreciate a credit for this item.

Your new and improved recipe for this sauce is absolutely terrible. You ruined a great product. Coke make the same mistake. This new formulation has ruined two of our favorite family recipes. It's is very acidic and taste more like tomato paste than sauce. I'm done with the product. Fix it!

Save face and make the older formulation and label as classic or some indication of the older version.

I don't know what has changed but this tastes awful now. I have this used product for over 40 years. Never another brand.  This ruined a whole pot of chili. Please go back to the way it used to be.

What Happened to Hunts Tomato Sauce

Ive been a Hunts tomatoe sauce fan since childhood. And refused to buy anything else BUT  now  they done something to it. . It tastes funny. Dishes no longer have the flavor I've have come to love.  SORRY that i I now have to find a new sauce after 60 years. WHY. Hunts Why.   ???

I am 75 years old and have been using Hunts tomato sauce to make chili for quite a while. I have been disappointed with my last two pots of chili. I thought it was me(changing taste buds). Glad I decided to investigate and find I am not the only one not liking the tangy taste.

Miss the original taste of tomato sauce.

Whatever you changed on the recipe did not make your product better. Will have to find another product to replace yours.

Recipe changed and not for the better. Iâ€™ve used hunts tomato sauce for 40+ years is my only tomato products and lately Iâ€™m sitting here going OK they change the label but did they change the tomatoes. The recipes that Iâ€™ve used Hunt products for all these years taste horrible now. And aftertaste is present. Itâ€™s flat on flavor. I donâ€™t know what you did Hunts but it wasnâ€™t good! I will never buy Huntâ€™s products again. You messed up!

Recipe changed and not for the better

I have been eating Hunts tomato sauce my entire life. It is the only sauce that I eat. I am autistic and changing the recipe to this sauce has created a crisis in my life. I have thrown away more than one meal thinking that maybe there was something wrong with me. Maybe I just didn't want that meal right now. But that's not true. What's true is Hunts has changed its tomatoes sauce recipe and has disrupted my life. I hope that there is enough negative reviews that they change their recipe back to normal. This is a completely outrageous.

I thought it was just me, but see from other reviews that the taste has definitly changed.  Would you please explain why.  I have used hunts my whole life and am 70 years old. This is such a disappointment. My receipes just are not as good with this taste.

Taste change

I had Hunts as a kid and I'm 79. I recently bought it again to make spaghetti sauce from scratch and both my family and I were delighted. Of course, as the COOK in my house, I add spices and stewed tomatoes to it to suit my taste and the tastes of my family. I was delighted to taste tihs beautifully blended tomato sauce and for the first time in years, had requests for MORE MOM.  Those that don't like it, probably expect miracles from plain sauce without spices. YOU HAVE TO ADD YOUR OWN SPICES TO YOUR TASTE. Hunts can't do it for you.  It took me back to my childhood, and I'm thankful it's all natural with no HFC or additives.THANK YOU HUNTS!
