I have ordered from two different vendors both were bent but had electrician scheduled so I had to move forward.  Fan warbles a little bit but it's doing it's job.  One problem is factory ships 2 to a carton shippers pack one with no extra packing so it moves a lot during shipping.
 Should be marked 
“top load only” so it's not under heavier pallets or cartons.
Best to pick up locally so you can check before leaving the store
