I really like the fan.  I ordered two. Very attractive.  However, I cannot understand why there is such a major difference in the fan speeds--hurricane force and "is this fan on?"--it blows any lose papers all over my office or does not move the air at all.  Very disappointing and obviously no way of knowing this before paying to have these installed.

The Haskell fan is great.  It is super quiet and fits perfectly in our kitchen area.  We have other Hunter fans and they work great.  We are still using one that we bought over 20 years ago.  It still runs as quiet as it did when we installed it.  Wouldn't buy any other brand.

My electrician said it was much harder to put up than the other Hunter fan I bought.  Possibly because it had a bigger canopy  and probably heavier.  He did it alone.

My electrician finally made it to put my fan up. Well the globe to my fan is broken. I guesss I will try to contact Hunter since my return period is past due.

One thing missing out of the installation instructions: there was no mention about how to thread the motor chain through the lower housing but I finally figured it out.

Easy installation, quite and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ceiling fan from tryit sampling community and I was very excited to see this option for low ceiling small room ceiling fan. I've been recovering from several surgeries and get very uncomfortable from the heat and was never able to find a ceiling fan small enough to fit .....and whats even better is it REALLY puts out alot of air without all the noise from the fan having to be on high....I'm able to leave it on low or medium and it's perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hunterfan Haskell low profile with light 42 inch reversible color blades is a excellent product. Love the little hanging pull chains that shows you a light bulb or fan blades so you know which one to pull instead of wasting money pulling the wrong chain. Great for circulating air in your room no matter what season it is. There's a switch to change the air direction so you can use it every season. Love the glass bowl that covers the lights since it makes it easier for the light to shine through and easy to clean when it gets dusty or dirty The lights give off good amount of lighting. One thing I would have liked this product to be was remote controlled for lighting and fan usage.
