This cane is my second Hurrycane brand cane. It's very sturdy and has a soft, foam handle. The real only downside thus far is the squeaking coming from the base of the foot. It usually happens when you put pressure on the foot and bend the flexible base it while walking. 
Trying to be quiet for a nighttime bathroom break is a challenge.
