I am a tightwad, and I especially don't like to buy whatever the latest fad is. But a grandmother will do anything for her grands. A Hydro flask was requested as a graduation gift. Rolling my eyes at the cost, I bought it for my little sweetie going off to college.
After receiving it, looking at it very carefully,  I actually decided I would splurge on one for me! Whoa! Why? Let me tell you:
1. I travel internationally; I needed a flask could keep my rare cup of coffee hot and my water reasonably cool in the heat. YES it does!
2.  I needed to be sure there was no leakage. Bumpy rides, thrown together gear-- life would be miserable with wet STUFF!
3. I LOVE the handle!!! So easy to carry!
4. It comes apart easily for excellent cleaning, which is a great comfort after traveling in some locations.

First off, I have to say the packaging was absolutely supreme! I had never seen anything like it! Packed so well, no dents/damage!!
I use mine for cold beverages, primarily.  I love how it keeps the ice all day, sometimes even the next day, I love the spill-proof lid, really makes me feel secure to toss my bottle in my bag, assured that it will NOT leak! It really is one of the best investments I've made, it's definitely in a class all to it's own! The sip-thru lid is easy to take apart, clean and put back together, which is a definite dealbreaker for me with the other brands...When I look at it and say how do I clean it?!?!?!

Love my Hydroflask!

Yes, the lid requires some attention to clean and reassemble, but the mug is wonderful and has not leaked. I take it as my second cup on early morning volleyball weekends because I can fill it and throw it in my backpack without leaks. When I need my second round a few hours later, coffee is hot and waiting for me. Game changer!

Hot coffee, no leaks

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. He has had other Hydro Flasks and has loved every one of them.  The same is true for this one. He especially likes that it will fit into the cup holder in his car.

I wanted a larger coffee cup, so I didn't have to refill it when I went to work.  It holds more coffee than my other other coffee cup and it keeps it warm longer.  Love this coffee bottle with the flex sip.

I got this for my coffee to take to work and it's amazing. I like that the lid comes apart and everything can be cleaned. Also keeps my coffee very warm

Great for coffee

We loved the old model better, this new one involves lots of parts to take apart and clean and if you don't get the rubber gasket back right, it leaks!! So frustrating!!!

Hard to clean and keep from leaking

I bought this about a month ago and the new lid design is just awful it will not stop leaking I have taken it apart and put back together just as the directions showed and still I would recommend buying one with the flip top lid cause this was a huge disappointment.

I bought this about two months ago. Every drink i have it in taste different. I even asked my friends what they thought. Every single drink taste different and my coffee is always cold by the time i get to work. Not worth the money. I wish i would have just got another water one.

Not what i was expecting

I love coffee cup and it will keep my coffee hot for hours but the lid leaks. It's not like a little leak either coffee basically pours out the side of this thing every time i take a sip.
