It removed everything so easily! it didn't rip off my skin and it also didn't irritate it! the removal cream i used for my legs and i felt like a newborn baby, my legs were so smooth! Lastly i used the machine for my armpits and it took everything right of. So grateful that i was given the opportunity to review these items! This product worked just as described. It went on without any irritation and exfoliated any dry skin and removed the hair very well. The price was fair and the smell was good

I followed all the directions and it worked OKAY but definitely need a lot of more of the product that I thought you'd need to remove the hair. I also didn't like the strict timeline for removal and not getting it wet but being in the shower. It was too messy for me and didn't last any longer than a shave.
