Drinking Tea

This is my wife's 2nd box. She enjoys the flavors.

I took this product as directed for one week with the following result:  Easy to prepare, decent taste, although it is difficult to detect the flavor shown on the tea packet.  Second day diarrhea started in earnest, very uncomfortable and caused several incidents of panic.  I went on as directed with great difficulty thinking perhaps this is the way it works. At one week, I stopped!  The diarrhea slowed the first day and stopped completely the second day.  Checked my weight and I had gained one pound, this could be water retention, but I did not lose weight.  I also had many cravings so I suspect I was not getting nourishment from the food I was eating.
This was my experience and could be a different result for other people!
