Love this Bike!

Went to buy one built at the store and it was poorly assembled, seat damaged and front wheel loose. They would not sell me one in the box so I ordered online. After assembling I found that only 3 out of 9 gears work properly. Now I need to take it to a bike shop so get it properly adjusted.

Expensive for a cheap bike.

Product malfunctioned, rear wheel hub gets stuck and the chain goes of. Almost had an accident.

Defective product

The gear shifter/derailleur on this bicycle is of very poor quality. I experienced issues right from the start, the chain would loosen and slip off whenever I stopped pedaling. I returned the bike and tried again, but the same problem occurred. The shifter is not Shimano, and its performance is extremely unreliable. I've also noticed that many others have returned the same model for similar reasons. Overall, this is a poorly designed choice by the manufacturer, and I cannot recommend this bicycle.

Poor Quality Derailleur

It is advertised to be for people over 6 feet tall and it simply is not.  I want to return it.

Not as advertised, it's too small

The handlebar was mounted crookedly on the bike, and the Allen bolt was damaged during assembly. It is neither repairable nor usable properly.

The gears dont work and it needs to be assembled very bad.

I am highly disappointed that my Grandson's ATV came without the power cord.  I have not been able to get a solution from anyone on getting a power source either!!!

And the chain fell off like 30 times i got it on april 1st and im already returning it
