Great bike came in on damaged box had no problems putting it together the only thing I was disappointed in and that's on me I didn't do my homework I was hoping to get a throttle control but I didn't but that's again that's on me didn't do my homework other than that I love the bike highly recommended it's awesome put it together took it up to the store as long as your pet in a little bit and get up to 20 miles an hour great bike for the price just be aware that it doesn't have throttle assist

This bike is excellent for the price and so comfortable to ride. I like that it's more of a beach cruiser bike than a mountain bike. It makes me feel relaxed when riding because your just cruising and enjoying the outdoor sunshine. I would like to purchase an extra battery to have just in case bike runs out of power.

Great Electric Bike

FROM FACTORY THE REAR FENDER BENT AND FRONT FENDER SCRATCH AS WELL AS ON FRAME THERE WERE COUPLE NICKS OTHER THAN THAT? THIS EBIKE IS SO WORTH THE MONEY AND EASY TO OPERATE , PLENTY OF POWER WHEN NEEDED AND COMFORTABLE ALSO

I read reviews and watched tons of videos on youtube about e-bikes before making this purchase.  I chose this bike (with protection plan) because I'm a first time e-biker and quite honestly couldn't swallow paying over $1k for a bike I ride 3 times a month.  It's a good looking bike, solid frame and very heavy obviously due to the battery.  It's basic.   The seat springs squeak a little bit.  But, the bike is comfortable and worth the money.  For a sub $1k e-bike it works well for me.  Long term we will see how well it does but for now, i'm happy.

Hyper Ride if you're on an E-budget

The kick stand doesn't seem to hold the bike up well it will tip over with just a little bump.
The electric assist works well but is not very smooth, I have another brand of e-bike and assist is much smoother.  I'm not sure if this matters or not but the lights on the battery stay on unless you turn it off. My other e-bike has no lights that stay on there is a button you push to see the sate of charge. I would have liked to have had a manual throttle to go along with the pedal  assist, it is nice if you are starting out on a incline. Overall the bike works well and is easy to pedal and has a great price compared to others.

Nice bike for the price.

Ok - I was tracking hype pertaining to e-bikes and was previously a 'non-believer' in this tech.  Once received...wow!  The family is totally in sync.  I poked around on the web to evaluate various bikes and sure you can pick up more expensive units, but this cruiser is built to endure.  I originally purchased the bike for my wife and thought that if she didn't like it...well...I can use it.  Once she got on it and started riding - she was all in and it is literally a conversation piece for the neighborhood!  

We go out for evening bike rides and she wants to keep going and going, yet this guy cannot keep up with the old mountain bike as I am dragging up behind all sweaty, legs burning from trying to go up what feels like a mountain of hills.  She occasionally turns off the assist to allow me to essentially catch my breath, but zoom - she is off again.  We get many comments and everyone wants to take it for a spin.  Its a cruiser, not a mountain bike, not a road bike - it is simply designed to go cruising with the significant other.  Rides are fun, hills are not killers anymore, rides go on for substantially longer...this just makes bike riding simply enjoyable!  

Here is a common observation from literally everyone who hops on and takes it for a little spin - just watch their facial expressions when they take off and when they return (which is usually several minutes later) - Ear to ear smiles!  Sure I had some very minor adjustments to the bike, but you will be very happy.  E-bikes are indeed heavy, but well worth the added weight.  If interested - go ahead and check out the lets call it the "Motorcycle version" of an e-bike and then look at the price tag.  This bike looks similar (ok...somewhat), but this one is super comfy and you can jump into the market at a much more reasonable price point!

Trust me, you will be back at the web site picking out another bike once you 'try' to keep up with your significant other and yes, the exact second bike arrives tomorrow and I cannot wait!

Purchased for wife and ended up buying another!

The bike is great -----I opened it up and put the bike together .  Simple enough, but when i went to pump up the front tire is was damaged --- the tire and the tube was punctured.   Called the number on the box, but it was not open over Memorial day weekend.  I had to purchase a new tire and tube ---- Cost me $50 but the bike works great. Please check all parts before you put together

Inspect before you build --- Great Bike!

The bicycle arrived in good condition in about a week and I was able to assemble it fairly easily.  The complicated parts were already assembled...so if yo've worked on a regular bike before, you shouldn't have a problem.  The electric assist motor worked well and made riding the bike a breeze...but still good exercise.  I've only had the bike for a day so I can't speak for it's longevity...but it seems to be made quite well.

This bike is a disaster. Front wheel would not fit on axel. Called the manufacturer and, after several calls and sending photos of the problem, I was told I had to find a way to bend the front fork until the wheel fit. Really? This is how you stand behind a product?

Problem Bicycle

I was excited to get this bike and spent a few hours unpacking and putting together.  The last step was to attach the front wheel.  It turned out that one of the steel forks was bent and so the wheel could not be installed.  Super frustrating.  I will now have to spend more time driving this to Walmart to return it. : (
