Wheel

Bought the bike for my garndson for his 18th birthday. He bikes quite a bit so I wanted to get him something he'd like riding to work or school or everyday fun and this fits the bill. It's comfortable, looks great and seems well made plus for the price, I doubt I could find better. Happy with the purchase so far.

The bike is of good quality but the one I received had the crooked fork, the wheel did not fit. I turned him over. I advise to buy it in store already assembled to avoid such a problem. The return was no problem. I bought another one in the store.

Fork croche.

The bicycle itself is good, but I'm facing an issue with the tire pressure. I have to refill air every day before riding, which is quite inconvenient and disappointing.

Overall its good

"I am disappointed with the staff. A few days ago, I went to the cycle section and asked the concerned staff about the bicycle, but they didn't reply. They just looked at other staff members instead of helping me. I even went to the area where they were assembling the bikes, but they seemed unaware and couldn't answer my questions. It was a simple inquiry about the bike, and when I asked the mechanic assembling the bikes, he didn't provide a satisfactory answer either.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Knowledge staff

The bike has a bent front wheel, got to know after assembling it. There is no option to get just a wheel replacement. 

The chain broke on the next day, so now i have a wobbly front wheel and a chain with a poor link that keeps breaking every few days. 

The ordeal of undoing the installation, packing it back and taking it to the store for a refund is just too painful.

Nice size and look, damaged during shipping :(

I was super excited to get my first bike, but unfortunately the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The installation process was frustrating from the start. The instructions were unclear, and installing the front wheel was much harder than it should have been. After assembly, the front wheel would not rotate properly because the brake pads were rubbing against the rim on both sides and were not centered correctly. I ended up spending almost 2 hours trying to fix everything myself.

On top of that, the brake wire bracket is not aligned properly and sits off to one side, and the brake handle has to be pulled almost all the way in to work. It honestly feels like the brakes were not adjusted or wired correctly at the factory.

Another disappointing thing was that the rear red reflector was completely missing and not included in the package at all.

The seat is also extremely uncomfortable. After just 10 minutes of riding, it started hurting, and the next morning my hips were sore. The overall quality of the bike is just average, and the shock absorbers seem to be there only for appearance — they barely work at all.

Overall, I would give this bike 2/5 stars. I would not recommend it. Spending an extra $100 on a better-quality bike would definitely be worth it.

The bike arrived in time. I had to pay $100 extra to assemble it. I am not happy at all. Walmart could not give the service of assembling a bike that cos almond $300 with shipping. I am so disappointed
