Decent bike for the price. Sturdy frame and gears. No problems so far. Thanks Rohan! It's great for traveling around my neighborhood to visit close friends and family.

Good product at a great price

The bike itself is great. The suspension is superb. The frame is firm yet light enough  for lifting shoulder high with relative ease. For some reason the tools to tighten don't come with it-- especially the handle bar and pedals which have to be assembled by yourself.

It may certainly be expensive adding tools to every purchase. Perhaps providing an option to assemble the bike at the pick up store where tools can be used and left there may be a worth considering. Not everyone has tools lying around and not everyone lends out their tools especially if you are new in town.

This would have been a 5 Star

Its a good bike for the price. It does everything you need. It is pretty janky, however. Not 1 week into using it and the gear shifting mechanism has gone awry.

Easy to asemble and great bike for my 10 year old son. He loves going for looong bike rides.

Great bike

front wheel was misaligned right at pickup. The wheel would get stuck every 2 meters. I had to remove front brake just to ride it home. Basically I only have rear brakes until I get the front wheel aligned.

front fork and brakes were misaligned and bent had to struggle and force the front wheel on what should have been 15-minute assembly took more than an hour. Poor quality product, do not recommend.

Function is not working

The bike was a gift . The gears went in one week .The bike was replaced but I am now worried this will happen also . 
Customer didn't keep the bill , so there is no proof if something happens to the next one.

We bought this for our teenage son.  He rode it 3 times and brakes locked up and one fell off.  The entire handle bar came off and he went over the bike. Dangerous!!
