Can be fast and efficient, but also slow and limited.

Provides sufficient power for lug nut removal.

Got this as a secondary wrench after watching the Torque Test Channel review where it mopped the floor with some much higher priced Milwaukee and Dewalt compacts.  Works great, I actually like the compact charger as it takes up less room to store than one of the big, shoe-sized ones.  The exterior is a bit cheap looking, but its the guts that count - and if they don't, 3 year warranty.

Stumpy and powerfull

Almost nothing should get 5 stars in a review as that implies best-in-class value or quality, but this impact wrench deserves at least 4.5 as it is likely the best battery tool value on the market right now.  It has been tested to actually approach its 350 ft-lb. claim and it's built to a high quality standard; this tool equals or exceeds the torque of its yellow competitor.

The only downside here is the 2Ah battery and slow charger, but that's good enough for home use and it reduces the weight and bulk.  If you need a bigger battery then take a look at its mid-torque bigger brother.

This sets a new performance/price target that other manufacturers will have a hard time matching.

Best value impact wrench on the market today

i wanted the 500 ft lb but could only get the 350 and I'm not disappointed. save the few bucks. this guy has some impressive power. sturdy little tool too. built to last in my opinion and I'm hard on my tools. if your looking for a good fair cost effective impact this is the one

This worked better than I thought it would.  It has good power and works just like a  air impact. I was skeptical about buying it but was really impressed by how well it worked.  I would by more hyper tough equipment. I have bought several tools lawn things and they work great

I will by other tools or power equipment

Due to doing a lot of research and watching torque channels it met my requirements, being a working man with a family it made it where I could afford to get myself some well need tools for my garage

While the tool works, and seemingly surpasses the specs, its lifespan is limited. Mine was used 4-5 times per week for roughly 4 months before the wiring caught on fire in mid-use. Could have been a fluke, but this was just my experience. Waiting to see if it will be warranted even having bought the 3 year warranty.

Works, but…

Buy the Milwaukee instead.

I bought two of these from two different Walmarts and they both have the exact same problem: I fully charged both of them before using, but both of them would only turn on and off every couple seconds and work only after a few trigger presses. It became very obnoxious to work with. I would not recommend.It

Unfortunately when I hit the trigger, this impact did not turn the bolts. It only worked occasionally. I thought it was a bad one. I returned it for another one abd and it behaved the same way. I was only disappointed since I saw this tool tested on a YouTube channel and seemed to perform well.

It didn't work for me.

Too weak or defective. Lists breakaway torque of 350 ft-lbs, but unit wouldn't break away a 100 ft-lb lug nut or an 80 ft-lbs brake rotor retaining bolt on a 2017 Chevy Trax.

Underpowered

I fully charged before using. Will not loosen nuts. Stopped in the middle of installing nuts. Would not tighten nuts. Appears very weak and switch seems to malfunction.
