i broke my ankle and can't maneuver into my bathroom on crutches. this stool is absolutely perfect. would most definitely recommend this to anyone and I would order it again. it's heavy duty and rolls smoothly. you won't regret getting one.

I got this to get around in a small cabin while recovering from a broken leg. a wheelchair is to big. This item allows me to get around while sitting, has a place to put stuff i need to carry and my hands are free to carry stuff as well.
When i am done with it my son will get it to use while working on cars etc.

This stool is just great!  I have used it at my desk and in my shop.  It is light enough to move between both locations easily.  The weight claims that it holds up to 300 pounds.  I weigh about 175 pounds and it holds me with out any concerns.  The tray is perfect for holding some of my hand tools while I'm in the shop.  The cushion is dense enough to provide comfort for several hours of sitting.  For $25, I have been very impressed.

This stool is just great!

This stool perfectly fits in our new Microscope Lab, a brand new hobby. Stool lets us roll from scope to reference book to computer research. Added ease to a fun hobby for both of us!

I have back trouble, so things like wiping down lower cabinets is hard for me. I bought this so that I could easily raise and lower myself for various cleaning tasks. It's so very handy. I can raise it high enough if I need to sit while cooking or washing dishes, or lower it enough to lean over to scrub floors. The little tray on the bottom that's meant for tools, holds cleaning supplies perfectly. I would highly recommend for someone with mobility issues, or someone elderly who cannot stand for long periods of time. I plan on buying a second one for my husband to have and use for its original intended purpose as well. It's very sturdy and definitely would hold the 300lb weight limit with zero issues.

Handy For Multiple Uses

I did not purchase this for automotive repair but to use in my home. Due to a medical issue that limits too much bending and lifting, I found this to use to sit on to reach lower cabinets and shelves. The hydraulics to make the stool go up and down seem pretty good so far. I also use it to move small but heavier items and boxes from one room to another. It is very sturdy. I looked for rolling stools but they were either very expensive and/or did not hold a lot of weight. I recommend this item which can be multi-functional.

I use these because they are functional But not because they are made well.
they are prone to tipping over with the shaft, bending and Ultimately breaking at the spot welds on the base. If you get one and have it re-welded at the bottom you will probably do better….

Very Functional but poorly made

Was perfect for my intended use but after only 5 months of ocassional use 3 of the heavy-duty casters have bent. It is now wobbly, almost impossible to roll, and unsafe.

Not 300 lb weight capacity

BAD WELDS ON THE INSIDER OF THE HYDRAULIC COLLAR DONT ALLOW IT TO SEAT ON THE RAM PROPERLY.  Im a machinist and was shocked at the lackluster assembly , not to mention the tempoary plastic tube for fooling people into believing its assembled ( I was about to catch myself ) I put the seat flange in the lathe with a boring bar and took off the excess lip near the weld. Im shocjed they sell this in the store, someone will break their back ..Mine is fully seated on the hydraulic now , but the average user wont have a lathe to fix the flange. ATleast ditch the " trick" plastic tube that makes people think its assumbled. This is DANGEROUS
