I've had these types of systems before but this is the first one I've had that utilizes HDMI and it makes it way easier to use and hook up without needing adapters

Nes cartridge will not go in no matter how hard I press, about to break something trying to put one in. Was hoping it would work. Sadly I think the pin slot is not alined. And the only way it to take off the top to see if it will work

So the machine arrived on time for Christmas, and my kids were excited when they opened the box. 
We read and followed the instructions, and then, surprise, nothing works. I would highly advise against buying this machine. I really regret this purchase and should have just bought a switch and downloaded the retro games from there.
