I've used it once so far but this vest is awesome!!!!! It's great to be able to add or remove the individual weights as needed.  
Adjusting the fit and having it snug on the body is an excellent design feature.  I'm 5'4" and 145 pounds and this vest fits me fine.  It would also adjust to fit a much larger person.  
Excellent product for the cost!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Weighted Vest

Loved this product. I was worried that the vest wouldn't sit properly on me ( I am a 5"4 woman with a large chest) but it was very comfortable to wear and really helped me up my workouts. Excellent quality and I appreciate that I can easily add and remove weights to increase or decrease the intensity.
