Braun Shaver Head

Razor head seems to pull a little on facial hair, not as smooth as previous units.

I would give a zero star if it was an option. The Braun Shaver head replacement is cheap junk, a total knock-off, and not good. It does not shave, it rips the hair from your face. I've already tried to get a refund, but the best I got was "Give Us Your Review" so here it is, and I still have no refund. Quick to take your money, very slow to refund. I bought it online and haven't gotten sales support for the refund - a week after I requested a refund

This is a knockoff not genuine Braun,  missing internal parts.

I returned it is not like real Braun. It cut my skin, super rough

Not working good at all🤥, doesent shave, no good... Cheap quality...

Bad quality

This was a real rip off and fake product. Does not fit the series eight razor. Because it is the wrong size for the model the razor pull the hair out instead of cutting. Worst purchase i ever made and do not trust Walmart online store as this is clearly not a Braun replacement but definitely a clone.

Walmart uses Temu suppliers

I'm not sure if something changed with these or if I received a defect. My previous replacement heads worked seamlessly from the original, but this last one I got doesn't shave closely and pulls hair. It is gone from the best electric shaver I have ever used to the worst one. I will order another one hoping I just got a bad egg, but at the price they charge for these that probably shouldn't happen.

The original was the best! This “official” Brain replacement is complete garbage, and out of the box noticeably worse than the 18-month-old original head it was meant to replace. Braun, please fix this—why can't we get the original quality in these expensive replacements?
