So far so good. Haven't put it to use yet with our cat.  But after pulling it out of the box and opening it out cat climbed right into it and had to pick her up to get her out because she didn't want to get out.  So must be a good sign that she'll love it when we take her to the vet or car rides!  A bonus is we got this on clearance for a fraction of the cost and I've been hunting around everywhere to find one at a decent low price that wasn't used!

Stellar carrier but read the description

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 8 lb cat and a 9.5 lb chihuahua, who is pretty tall for a chihuahua. They both fit (separately) perfectly in this carrier. They seemed to enjoy looking out and having all the vent holes to sniff out. The carrier does not include a power bank to power the fans but it uses almost any bank you have on hand. You can set it to manual through the app or automatically running the fans with the switch. These fans were surprisingly strong and kept my pet cool even in the Alabama summer heat. My pets had room to lay down and sit all the way up in this bag. It also has side pockets for my personal items like water bottles and a phone. the quality is great and the zippers are smooth sliding. The backpack fit me perfectly, my 6 foot husband and also my young children with adjustments. this is perfect for small/medium pets on the go! love this bag!

Super excited to find a new cat carrier for multiple reasons I need a good one that's reliable and safe.I am disabled.I have a service animal , but he is a exotic. I need to bring him in and out of multiple places every day . When our old Carrier broke sadly, shopping around the price was incredible.We were quite interested in the app.Even though i'm not up savvy anything that helps keep the animals monitoring temperatures is sounds incredible. When it arrived in, I unboxed it. My biggest cat crawled inside the Tabby stripe, and I said, oh, this is too small but it was a fight to get him out of it. Then another cat tried crawling in with him as they turned around  Answering my phone, the one big cat got pushed out and my 2 other cats managed to squeeze their way into it. If the cats love it this much, I definitely can't return it if 2 of them want to squish in there now for a 1/2 an hour, not moving  They absolutely love it.And for the price, even if the technology I can't figure out this was just a steal, I hope the zippers hold up, I had to post immediately.How much my cats have fallen in love with this and really like it And chose that we keep it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice pet carrier! I love the shape of the carrier pack.  Made like a backpack and that makes it easy for me to carry my cat in it. I like that it has a couple fans in the pack to keep air flowing to my cat and keep her a little cool. I wish that the bag came with a batter pack(I had to provide my own charger battery pack) and I wish the fan cords on the inside were covered as my cat kept wanting to chew on them.

I was torn between my overrating but I figured that a three is fair. the listing makes it seem like the fans are controlled by a battery already provided in the backpack, but in the instructions it tells you that you need to provide your own power bank. so buy it your own discretion

This is way too small for any adult cat. My cat hates it, and he is uncomfortable. The plastic is tinted and hard for my cat to see out of so he doesn't enjoy the view. The temperature control is just some exhaust fans.
This wouldn't even be enough room for a kitten. 
The build quality is okay, however my cat would easily be able to claw his way out. It's not so much that this brand is bad because it isn't, it's the entire idea that's bad. Cats don't like feeling stuck andy cat is barely able to turn his body around much less lay comfortably inside of this thing. The fans are MUST! It gets incredibly hot and stuffy inside. Even just 5 minutes and when I open it up to let my cat out it is way too hot inside. 
If the plastic was clear instead of tinted (I'm sure that's to prevent heat buildup from sunlight but that should be optional) and perhaps there were some expandability to the design it would be better.
I could see this being a great option for Hamsters, Rats, maybe a ferret but I feel incredibly bad for even putting my kitty inside this thing. 
If you decide to buy one of these make sure it's a much larger design.

It's not connecting to the Instachew App and Everytime I plug it in to the powerbank it won't last long but the powerbank is fully charged
