I used this juicer once. The second time I tried to use it when I put the orange on and pressed the handle down When I tried raising the handle up it was stuck. I had my husband came to help me and he had to struggle to lift the handle. I never used the juicer again it's just sitting in the basement picking up space. I regretted buying the item. My intention was to return the product but I never did. Every time my husband sees it he complains that I wasted my money.
