really easy to set up, did it in about 30-45 min. there is qr code in the instructions that will take you to the manufacturer website with a video with step by step instructions. make extra sure that the ground you put the pull on is stable and level, and make sure that the legs are straight before the pool gets too full

They claim 30 min. set up but takes about 1 hour. the poles that hold up the pool should have clips to hold them in place but do not. As you set this up everything wants to come apart this is why 2 people makes it easier. All this said, for the money the kids have enjoyed it and it has worked.
