We got this a few weeks ago - total quarantine purchase - but worth every penny.  We figured we may as well have something for adults to enjoy in our backyard while we are safe at home. It heats to 104, stays hot, has a lid. The head rest covers don't really stay on but you don't need them. It's comfortable enough without them. The only semi negative thing about it - we have to put a bit of air in once a week. Both the lid and the tub seem to deflate a bit. It's been really cold out so maybe that's why? Not sure - but it doesn't bother us because it pumps up really quick.

Great little hot tub!

We are really enjoying our new Intex Hot Tub.  We keep the temp at 103. Sometimes we use the jets and sometimes not.  It's very quiet when not being used so it won't keep anyone awake at night .  It's very firm - you could sit on the sides.  We use bromine , shock, etc to keep the water from being funky.  So far no issues.  Everyone in the neighborhood wants one but everyone is sold out.

Awesome! - easy set up

Perfect little hot tub! Purchased as a covid quarantine activity and so far so good! Had it for over a month and loving it this far. Heats up to 104F which is perfect for chilly nights. We turn it down for the kids to about 100 F. Sets up easy and heats up within 48 hours. We placed it on an interlocking patio with foam mats underneath for some extra padding. No complaints!

Perfect little hot tub!

Love the simplicity of setting it up! 
The jets (bubbles) are like rapids. No seriously, they are! 
The only thing that I would like to see improvement on, was the heat up time from when I got it filled to actual use. It took about a day and a bit to get to 104. I know, we are in Canada so it's a bit colder out and not optimal outdoor temp but that is the only downfall and it wasn't really a downfall. Just had to wait an extra day.

Great portable Spa

This is a great little starter hot tub. It's roomy and the bubbles are strong ... I was surprised. The one downfall for me anyway is that it takes a really long time to heat initially. But once heated - amazing!!

Great starter hot tub!

Ok so I'm 6 foot 4 and bought this as learning hot tub before I possibly get a big one.  I've used soft tubs before so knew what to expect.   Its surprising spacious  and decent for two people   4 people would all be sitting g with their legs across each other or cross legged which is all good.  Let's be honest you're not expecting this to be the most amazing hot tub   it does what it should.  Goes up to 104 and I'll turn it down for the kids to 94.  Setup was very easy and I'm not normally good at that stuff.  My deck supports it and the whole family loves it so far.  Now it's only been 4 days and lots can happen.  But so far so good.  I'm still learning the chemicals and all that stuff.  If you have questions ask.  Would be nice if the bubbles setting wasnt just on or off.  Something in between would be nice.   I ll probably have to put a little air in it weekly or every other but honestly that takes 2 minutes and is easy.   It's not a bathtub so you have to expect to do a little maintaince.  If you get it enjoy.

Great Value

We bought this unit a few weeks back from the website and were frustrated after filling it to discover that it does not hold air. It needed to be refilled significantly every 12 hours. We returned it to the store to get a replacement figuring that we had received one with a hole. The next one had the exact same issue and we had to return it. We had owned an Intex spa previously we loved so were very disappointed that this years model seems to have a defect. We also tried for two weeks to contact Intex and did not have call or email replied to. Don't believe the 1 year warranty, Intex will not respond at all to even honour it. Horrible buy!

Does not hold air!
