This is a good product, simple to assemble and works as advertised for our 5 pound terrier. Went for the large so there is room for a bed and a wee mat. Product is bulky to ship and came damaged and missing the connectors to hold it together. I solved the problem with cable ties until the vendor shipped me the connectors. They responded well to the issue and shipped me the missing bits. It doesn't have a lid and I didn't want one, but we do put 2 large beach towels over it at night to make it quieter and darker. Our dog is happy with it too :-)

Rabbit cage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my pug who has to be created several times a week and we absolutely love it. We previously had an ugly black wire kennel that he grew to hate. The openness and durability of this kennel is much less intimidating for him and the stylish look fits in with out decor. The previous kennel was an eye sore that caused our joy anxiety and now he willingly goes in and lays down on his bed. So happy we found this kennel so I don't have to chase him around the house every time I need to kennel him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is exactly what we needed for our great room. It is sturdy and well made while being stylish and unobtrusive. I have looked for quite a while for something that blends with with our decor, that is also able to keep our dog contained and safe when needed. The wire is white, and looks clean and modern. The wood look floor and topper are easily cleaned and a snap to put together. The lock is not flippable by noses, which is a HUGE plus in our home. Finally an option for pet owners who want their pets contained, but do not wish to have to hide a big ugly crate! Well done!

Excellent for open areas - aesthetically pleasing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these crates for two of my old pugs for use at home and in rv. Fabulous. Just the right size - can just reach in and get the dog - this would be good for a small very young litter also.The dogs love these crates. They weigh 13.2 lb not the 23 lb noted and inside measurement is a few inches smaller but it is roomy. Even the younger dogs want to get into the crates. Much better using this crate than the covered ones for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cage who is very easy to set up and it does not have a top on it so it makes getting in-and-out of it much easier than if you had a climbing through a  Side door. It is extremely  Roomy and gives the cats and dogs a lot of space depending on who is in it it is great for traveling and will be a staple in my house hold from now on my pets absolutely love it. It is also pretty and blends right in so it's not some big bulky ugly cage I love it.

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved this about a week ago after ordering it. The set up was so super simple, you attach each wall an theres a little piece that snaps into the top an bottom. The cage itself fits into the bottom perfectly which makes for easy clean up if pup makes and messes. The door is perfect, it's a sliding door which makes it super simple to get pup in an out of pen. The design itself is so elegant an nice. The overall structure of the pen is durable and seems it will last a very long time.

Great dog pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I'd like to compare this to the crate I usually keep my dog in when I'm gone. It is more sleek and I would very much rather keep this in my kitchen than the bulky typical dog crate. I think design-wise, it blends in more as well. I also like that the door slides open as opposed to opening like a regular door. I don't have to worry about the door slamming and hitting the wall or anything. And also my dog can walk in and out without the door shutting on itself.

It was very simple to install and required no additional tools. It took me two minutes from start to finish. I like that it comes with an extra 'clip' just in case one breaks. The material is okay. I think that the 'wood' doesn't really feel like wood. I suppose this could be so that it's more durable or less likely to be bitten up by the dog. There is enough room for my dog to lie down comfortably.

I was slightly concerned when it said it was okay for medium-sized dogs, as it wasn't very tall. My dog is under 40 pounds (pictured), and when sitting straight up, his head is over the top. He could easily climb out. If your dog isn't a jumper and is content with sitting still, then this would be an okay option for you. However, my dog is a jumper so this would have to be used with someone supervising - as opposed to leaving the room or house expecting him to still be there when I come back. If there was a way to include an extra panel like the bottom one and snap it onto the top, I think that would be a great solution to this issue. 

Overall, I think it is a great product but not definitely not for every dog. If it weren't for the open top I would feel more comfortable using it.

Simple set-up

We bought this pen for our rabbit and it arrived in a box torn in multiple places and the pieces were sticking out. It also did not come with any instructions or dowel-type things to insert in the corners so it falls over with a light touch. It also has a scratch on the side and a bent rod. We can't return it as the box arrived ruined and it is far too heavy to carry to a store. We are probably just gonna find something to fill the corners but it is saddening that this cost almost 300$. We were so excited as this had great reviews  but it was very disappointing :(

Not good

I have oredered this item twice and unfortunately both times Ive been severely disappointed.  This first one arrived with broken pieces and parts falling out, then this time there were no instructions or rods to hold up the cage.
