Im NOT a cat person, and never have been. Recently rescued this lil guy that's now part of my family of pitties! However, him and the LITTER BOX was not going great, AT ALL!! I was cleaning messes up EVERY DAY on the side of his kitty  box!!! This was my THIRD purchase... %26 for the last TWO WEEKS.. It's been PURRRfect ! 🐈 
The large sides keep him from going (over board) %26 the depth is exactly the right amount cause he likes to kick it everywhere 😂... It's great for the price! Def recommend!!

I have a 15-year-old house cat named Dottie who is about 5 1/2 pounds and is very picky about her toiletries. Usually, she likes very low sided boxes, which are very easy for her to get into and out… But in this case she consistently chooses this high side box over the one that's right next-door to it that has a very low side. Apparently, she values the privacy, and I can understand that since this is a multi Cat household.

Im in shock that i have gone so many years cleaning up litter from all over my floor and just thought they would grow out of it and i just had to, unless of course i paid for an exspensive lil house they can go in, but i can barely afford them so i had to just keep cleaning but im in my late 50's an getting to old to be on my hands an knees a couple times a week to get it up, then i seen this finally ON SALE so i jumped on it and i could not be more HAPPY it works great, they still get a lil on the floor from paws and some from the front where they go in an out but thats nothing compared to what i had to clean up before, im so happy with my purchase, an they seem to like it to, so Thank You Walmart you made my life so much easier and cleaner : ) an they thank you also

This box is awesome! The sides are high enough that their head does not see over the sides. And the front is high enough to catch most of the sand as they jump out. The scooper is somewhat small could use on a kitten. I use a larger scooper for our four cats. It's a thick plastic. Takes a second to adjust the top to bottom as they have to click together. But once on, it actually stays on. Our cats seem to love the privacy also.  

Small Tip: Arm %26 Hammer Clump %26 Seal cat litter. A bit pricy but you'll use every bit of it. No wasted sand. Absolutely zero odor even after several days use.

High Sides %26 Hard Plastic

I like the fact that this litter box has the higher sides which can be removed. Because I have some cats that are bigger and they need a little bit more space. So it had ample room. The main reason I bought it other than the high sides was the fact that it's really value price. You can spend a lot of money on litter boxes and we use wood pellets, which run 799 at your local stores, it's just compressed wood if you were to buy the one with a cat sticker on it, it'll run almost double and this works great. We're able to dump out the litter boxes every day.  And the high sides help keeps the wood from.I'm kind of getting everywhere.So i've really enjoyed it , but the best was the value price of it

I've seen reviews that say it's not big enough for their cat %26 the top doesn't stay down. 


I have a 10 pound %26 8 pound cat. It is big enough for them. 

To get the top stay down you just need to push down the sides %26 click them into place. I've had no problem getting the sides to stay down. 

I highly recommend this product.

The floor of the box has an indent to the inside which prevents scooping across the bottom which prevents a thorough scoop cleaning. 
Also, the box is not very big, my cat was pretty cramped once inside the box. 
The walls/lid was fairly helpful though I found it difficult to get it attached.
Needs a few design changes to assist with cleaning out the waste.

cleaning: there is a depression around the edge that hampers cleaning. takes more than twice as long now to clean out the matted crud. kitty mess sticks to this plastic more than on their previous box.
assembly: the upper part is supposed to snap on to secure it but i can't make it work. one side snaps in with much effort but the other side still is loose. 
function: it's working as expected, other than the loose connection. greatly reduced the scatter on the floor outside the box.

can't get lid to snap on

If you have a smaller cat this box is for you. My cat is too big for it. i thought it would help him not scratch everything around his litter box, I was wrong. I have had this for him for a couple of months. I thought something had been leaking on to my floor, nope. I found out what was "leaking" when my cat was in the box which is next to my trash can and I was throwing something away and suddenly my foot was warm and wet. Again, I would not suggest this for a medium to larger breed of cat, unless you want to find your foot warm and wet.

The advertised measurements (15x19) are a lie. 
At the bottom, the width is 12 inches where the photo shows it's 15, and the length is 16 where the photo shows 19. Even at the widest/longest spots on the edges it's 14x18, but the photo shows it measured at the bottom. 
Scoop is miniature but I didn't expect to use that anyway. 
Returning.
