I needed a tub to store a full 44lb bag of dry dog food with the scoop and this just does it and fits under my countertop.  Could be slightly sturdier but definitely the best I found for my needs!

Perfect size for my cat. This container will keep me from shopping for cat food for a very good while. Once I fill it up, I wont need to buy my Kittie any food for at least 3 months. Thank you Walmart for this high quality and sturdy cat food storage container.

My vet had cautioned me about storage of dry pet food and the need to keep it in it's original packaging to avoid bacterial growth.  I was previously storing the food in smaller lidded plastic containers, but decided to find something more appropriate.  This bin holds my 35 lb bag of dog food easily.  The lid has a built-in gasket that keeps out moisture and insects and the casters on the bottom help it move around easily.  Made by Iris (stamped on the container) and a quality product.   At the time of purchase it was much cheaper than the branded Iris bin.

This is a great product that I believe will last a long time. I'm using it to store bird seed in our garage. Having wheels makes it easy to move around, especially for sweeping the garage. I regret that it didn't come with the clasp that keeps the lid closed. I had already filled it up with bird seed before I noticed it was missing from the box. Since I ordered it online, it seemed like too much of a hassle to return it and wait for another to arrive. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy with this container.

Airtight and plenty of room! Great price!!

Casters make it roll easy when filled completely with dog food.   Latch is simple and easy to secure to keep the lid closed.  Foam on underside seems adequate to keep it air tight so food stays fresher...but it is just dog food in my case and 3 labradors keep me buying more dog food pretty regularly.  Would recommend this to everyone.

Does as advertise!

This was a much needed purchase that I was deciding on for awhile and finally broke down and bought it when it was on sale for $5 off the price.   I have to say that this is really convenient for keeping the 48 pound bags of dog food I get for our big ol husky.   You can set the bag of dog food right inside the container and it fits perfectly or just pour the dog food inside the container.  So far this container has kept our dog's food fresh with no problem.  Although I have yet to put the wheels on the bottom,  I do love that it comes with wheels for ease of moving to different places around your home if need be.   I wasn't too happy about the price because I can never understand why these dog food containers are so pricey but this container is pretty durable with thick plastic and a very sturdy lid with a lever that snaps it closed.  Ive had this for several months now and it's still in great condition.  Easy to clean as well.  Im thinking of getting another for my cat's dry food since this one has turned out to be a pretty cool container.   Im still not too keen on the price though, Haha.  I do recommend this to keep your pet's food fresh and it's so much nicer and cleaner to have than a big bag lying around your kitchen or garage or wherever you keep your pet's food and trying to keep it sealed all the time to stay fresh.   This container does all that and it looks better around the home.   Go ahead,  buy one and see how much you have been needing one of these like I did for so long,  lol.

This pet food storage container has a lid that seals tightly.  Thesize fits the bags i purchase.  I highly recommend.

high quality container

I mean it's going to work great for storing my dog food but it said it held 42 pounds so it was weird that my 40 pound bag of dog food barley fit. It also didn't come with wheels and it almost seems like the back latch of the lid is broken but I can't tell if that's how it came.

It will do

I bought this item to store Wild Bird Food. I was looking for something that was reasonably priced, sturdy and kept moisture out. I received all the parts, but in the box, it contained two lids. At least if the first one cracks or breaks, I have a replacement! It is nice to have wheels on the container so I can move it around and not have to deal with heavy bags.

Functional, Serves the purpose

I ordered this product and had it shipped to the store for free. When I went to pick it up, the cashier asked if I wanted the box. Noticing how flimsy it was, I said no. So glad I did! When she took it out of the box for me to inspect, I noticed part of one of the lid hinges was broken off. We both checked the box for the broken piece. It was no where to be found! Even the clerk was shocked that they had shipped a broken product. Since they didn't carry this product in store, I was given a refund and told I could re-order it again from home. I don't think I will be doing this. There is no latch on this product to hold the lid closed. This means it's not really air-tight. Very disappointed to say the least! I am glad however, that they open the packages that are shipped to the store so you can inspect them before leaving the store.

Total disappointment!
