Only 5.88" high, but the frame is sturdy which allows the pull-out drawer to be loaded w/o having to unstack boxes. They are long and can hold quite a bit. Perfect for under the bed! Reorganized a bedroom with 4 under the bed (2 high) and then 4 single stacked and under a desk for desk %26 printer supplies.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am seriously impressed with the quality of these storage chests. The size is perfect for storing extra blankets or seasonal items and they fit right under my bed with no problems. But unlike similar storage products, these are not boxes you have to pull out and remove the lids to access the contents. These are in fact like drawers, which means you can simply slide it open without having to remove the whole thing from under the bed. They can even be stacked if I want to use them in a closet or somewhere besides under the bed, and that makes them like a chest of drawers, not just simple boxes on top of each other. Brilliant! I also love how sturdy and well-made they are. My 5-yr-old granddaughter jumped on top as soon as I took them out of the box and they didn't crack or break. Very pleased and will definitely be buying more of this brand!

I'm very impressed on how strong they are.  I will be buying again, I have so many ideas, going to redo my craft room with some.  They hold a lot and the drawer comes out and in with ease.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The IRIS under the bed box chest drawers are really useful to have in the house to help with organization/storage. We have extra stuff in drawers and in the closets thats not organized, but its nice to have a convenient way to use the space under the bed to organize some clutter. I was surprised by how large the chest drawer were. Its a 4 pack that you can use under your bed nicely, we put 2 under 2 separate beds. However they can also stack to be used in a closet too. Since its a drawer system, you don't have to pull out the entire box out from under the bed. All you need to do is open the drawer to get out what you need. I have used one for miscellaneous clutter and another for out of season clothes to give me extra space in the closet. The only downside is that when they arrived, some of the drawers had a small broken off chunks of plastic. The drawers were still functional, but not something you want to see. It also makes me wonder how well they will hold up over time. For now, I am please with the extra storage and the usability. I would recommend these overall, but maybe buy them in store so you can avoid broken ones that seem to happen in shipping.

It would be good for kid shoes or maybe extra toys. I don't recommend getting them for adult shoes though.

I keep workout clothes and extras for daily use which holds everything with no issues.  I'm going to purchase an additional one for more storage possibilities.

All of the four that I received was damaged in some sort of way. There is nothing in the box to help pad during shipping.
