Lightest travel luggage that I've found. My family has 6 in our possession. Lasted 4 long haul trips during the last five years. (always make sure to use bag ties vertically and horizontally)

My favorite checked luggage ever. The first time I bought 2 of them at Walmart in January 2021. I was blown away by how lightweight the luggage is. They are still in great condition. Hence, I bought them again. I highly recommend it

Super lightweight and Sturdy!

I  have IT suitcases  in 3 sizes.  This 30" is a replacement for my old one which lasted a long time. The suitcase comes with a 10 year warranty which I forgot about, but feel I got my money's worth with 7 years of hard  use. I absolutely LOVE the light weight.  The fabric is durable; my last one was pink but I don't recommend light colors for airport travel--bags get filthy.  This newer model has a great handle and spinner wheels, really easy to move it. It's a great suitcase!

Excellent piece of luggage, our second of this model.  Can't believe how light it is and yet well constructed.  We had a light hard side case and purchase a GT Lite several months ago to replace an older conventional soft side,  When we started packing for our vacation, it was amazing the difference in the amount of stuff we could get into the GT Lite compared to the hard side, so we bought another GT Lite.  Only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 was the ordering process,,,when I ordered online I was told next day pickup at our local Walmart.  When the order confirmed it had a pick up date 3 days later which left us no time for packing for our vacation.  Had no satisfaction talking to customer service so went to store and bought one, then had to go back 2 days later to the pickup point, reject the delivery and return the item,  That went seamless except it cost me a 2 hour trip to town to fix things. Not reflection on suitcase...

Good Product, Pay Attention to Delivery Details

I really like the light weight of this case. It weighs slightly over 4lbs. The only issue I had was it was missing a zipper pull on the inside lining zipper. I filled out the warranty info which is very tedious and the reply was  that I should return it to where I purchased it. I sent back a reply and they have just ignored me. I would not count on this company ever honoring their warranty.

It was a little heavier than the stated weight (4.04 pounds) in the ad. But it's still the lightest carry on luggage of it's size I could find. I bought it for its weight, mainly, as it's hard to stow heavy luggage in the overhead bin. My older IT one was 3.4 pounds. I can't find anything similar to that now.

A little heavier than claimed

This suitcase was certainly lightweight but the quality was terrible. The zipper completely broke (the zipper pulls fell off in transit) on its very first trip. Since the suitcase was no longer usable I had to discard it upon arrival in Japan and buy another suitcase.
