I am a continuos traveler, I never bought rigid bags because I was tired of the airlines braking all rigid bags, I bought this one for an emergent trip, and it surprised me , it is super resistant, hard to get scratches, I have used it for m2 years so far and not airline has beat it yet, not even united who are bag destroyer specialiats, so now I bought the full set and the best part is that I can  store all of them inside the others, so if you buy all sizes do not worry for big storage since you can easily fit all into one bag

Very lightweight for the size that it is.  Was too big for me but if you're looking for something really big and lightweight this is the one for you! It weighs around 10.7 to 11 pounds empty.  It says that it's 31” tall but it may not include the wheels and handle in that measurement so it may be even taller.  Not sure how durable it is since I am returning it for something slightly smaller.

Extremely Lightweight

This was a last minute purchase for a month long trip. So glad I had it. It is larger than I expected but that was a bonus. Everything worked so well.

Excellent luggage.

This is a very attractive and well made suitcase. Just know it's a big boi. Slightly larger than most big suitcase's, it's perfect for long trips as long as you don't pack it full of heavy things!

Big suitcase with great design

Bought this for my husband who is an OTR Trucker.  It is extremely  spacious.  It fits a weeks worth of uniforms, his toiletries, and his cpap machine. With room to spare.

It's sturdy enough to withstand going in and out of his truck on a daily basis.

Good quality for occasional travel. However for someone doing full time travel for work or long distance travel hopping on several different transportation would say to get something a bit stronger. Did not have any issues just see it is a bit cheaply made. The wheels are plastic and do not seem like they will hold up as long. 
Its hard shell but not as sturdy of a shell as I thought also seems like the zipper may give because had issues getting it to close without it even being full.

Good Quality Need Improvements.

I found that it rolled very easily. It can hold enough personal belongings to make it quite heavy. Baggage handlers at the airport Beuzer pretty well. It has an inside flap that can be zippered around for 1/2 of the bag plus bungee type cords to help secure the other side. I was hoping to find one or two additional pouches inside to put in things like medication's, etc. If I were to buy this brand again, I would purchase the next smallest one.

1st trip with the bag!

The product on the website shows a TSA approved lock on the side. When we picked up the order at the store, the product was different, it had no lock on the side  See the attached picture from the product on the website.

Had to return item due shell not being very thick and got bent in transport at airport. Wheel also stopped turning right so hard to pull through airport.

Poor quality for the money

Love this bag but it considered oversize on many airlines.  (64 total inches and 62 is the limit). Also, once I filled the bag it was over 50 lbs.   So, I returned it because I don't want to pay oversize and overweight luggage fees.  I got two 28 inch instead.  But it is GREAT if you don't want it for air travel.
