Great product, I've bought this one to use with my camera and is perfect for it. You can use it for your kicrphone mose people do but I use it for my Obsbot tail air and it works amazing! I do wish I cans make it tighter for lifting but it's a great product

I have tried a few different brands because a lot of them put there use cheap metal, but this one is built to last. It works fantastic and I could not be happier.

I love this mic boom arm !  It works fantastic !

I was a bit hesitant about this mic boom arm when I find it, because it hadn't any comments yet. But it looked very nice and has good price. The prices of similar boom arms with a lot of comments are almost 2-3 times now expensive than it.

The boom arm holds its position extremely well. I am using a fairly heavy Blue Yeti microphone with shock mount and pop filter (about 2,5lbs total) and it doesn't drop even a little over the course of hours recording.

I couldn't be happier about it.
Sleek, easy to use and I have had no problems. If you read the little booklet that comes with it, tells typo there is a tension screw at the base of the arm that you can adjust to tighten the tension or loosen the tension of the spring. Heavier mics might need a good twist to the right of that tension screw, this will stop the arm from failing or springing back up after you have already tightened the hinges.
I am very happy for that purchase. 

I would definitely recommend this product to those who are looking for a cheap and stylish mic arm.

The boom arm holds its position extremely well

I had been using a weighted desktop mic stand for quite some time, it worked well but was limited in overall flexibility. Since I do live Djing on my radio station, voiceovers and record my own music tracks. I needed a well built boom mic arm that could handle the weight of my SM7B (and other similar mics), with the flexibility of being able to put the mic exactly where you need it.

I saw the video for the iXtech boom mic arm and thought I would give it a try. Let me say that I was very pleasantly surprised at how well this boom mic arm actually performs. Especially given other similar boom mic arms that are almost double in price. The steel construction and sleek design of this boom mic arm are points well worth mentioning. The product does not feel cheap or unstable and actually performs as advertised.

The "cutaway" within the boom arm for the XLR cable to integrate adds a nice touch for appearance and functionality. And the steel constructed table base clamp does an excellent job in supporting the weight of the boom arm and mic itself. The 360 degree turning radius of the boom arm operates as smooth as silk. And the "joint tensioners" allow you to adjust exactly how much stiffness or flexibility you want within the boom arm. Assembly of the product was surprisingly very simple, and most importantly the boom arm works as advertised.

My only complaint is that when the product arrived one end of the box had already been opened. I almost started to send it back, but after checking to see if all the contents were inside the box (which they were) I decided to keep it. Other than that this was a great purchase and I would highly recommend the product.

It's OK for the price

Works pretty darn good. I'll buy another. It would be great if it was strong enough for a condenser mic AND a pop shield, but at this price it's not a deal breaker.
