This is my second Ice Mule and I absolutely love this cooler! We used it at the beach in Nags Head, NC last week in 100° humidity and we still had ice at the end of the day! We were spending 8-10 hours beach side and this cooler didn&#x27;t let us down. I would only add one thing at the top of the straps, I&#x27;d put a &quot;backpack&quot; handle. It would make all of the Ice Mules, easier to pick up. 

I just need to get one more size, to complete all family needs.

I own the XL and bought this one to bike with ..The way it sits on your back is super uncomfortable. The straps are also a bit lack luster and are not as Robust as the XL. Might try the 15L version since that is the next smallest you can get with two straps. Overall the Mule is a good product, they just didn't hit the mark on this one.

Uncomfortable

I LOVE my Icemule Jaunt backpack. The 9L is the perfect size for a day adventure. It fits enough for up to 2-3 people to have food and drinks, or just drinks if it's that kind of day. I've used it for hiking, paddleboarding, and urban outings to the neighborhood park or friends' barbecues. Total game changer. Everyone loves it too and asks where I got it. It's really well made and still looks almost brand new after a few years. Highly recommend!

Best purchase for day adventures

Love Love Love

We ordered 18 of these as gifts for our wedding parties. The customer service was phenomenal and the delivery time was FAST! My husband and I got one for ourselves as well to give it test run. It's everything you need in a bag! Keeps beverages cold, and it's comfy to walk around in! Can't wait to give them away as gifts so we can FINALLY brag about them!! No need to carry around a boxy cooler anymore! We will be back for more...

Beach Juant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always followed the bigger is better mantra, but this cooler is a perfect size for a quick trip to the beach or an outdoor concert. Really happy with the convenience of of the backpack straps. My wife calls it her cooler now.

Perfect Size

This is the perfect size for our kids soccer and golf. We can take a few drinks and throw on my back and go. Doesn't leak, keeps cold and compact. I like that Ice Mules store easily when not in use. This is my second one and I love using both. Straps adjust easy for me or my husband to carry. This will be going lots of places!

Made the perfect groomsmen gift for my group of guys. They all loved a gift thay they could actually use. We've all gotten so many lame pieces of junk with our initials on it. I wanted to find a quality product that could be used for years. I was so jealous of the gift I gave out, I went back and bought a couple more for myself.

I also have a 15L jaunt. Word to the wise - rinse zipper well after use. The useless pocket's zipper corroded and now I can't even unzip it after relatively few uses
