Ease Of Installation

This will be our second one because we're moving (leaving first one at old house). Very well made and love the double flap door because it keeps bad weather out. We used a clear silicone sealant to weatherproof the outdoor rim of the dog door. Haven't had a single issue and highly recommend this door.

Great Dog Door (Medium Size)

This door replaced my old, less quality dog door that just had one flap. This door does extend out a bit from the door/wall, which took some getting used to visually since my other one was fairly flush. But overall, the quality of this door is great and I do LOVE the double flaps that keep inside air in and outside air out. I can't speak for installation as my fiance didn't wait for my help, but he said it wasn't difficult. (His handyman skills are so-so.) I highly recommend this product.

Great door!

I have 2 of these now, very durable and seals up nice,. I have had the first one for a couple years and and there is a dog going in or out several hundred times a day and is still in great condition. will need a wall kit if going in a wall.

Great pet door

Easy for my dogs to use. 15 and 20 pound dogs. Keeps the cold weather out and the air conditioning in. Also the dual flaps keeps out unwanted pests!!

Easy to install. Strong plastic door flaps for weather protection. Dogs love them, went thru them first day. Nice looking doors too.

The only thing you need to know is that if you're going to put it in a wall as opposed to a door, the screws provided are not long enough and are not easy to find in the correct length. Home Depot did not carry them. My contractor had to improvise...

A good quality dog door

My only complaint would be for the Ideal Ruff Wall Unit, which does not clearly indicate that this item is "sold separately". This specific item appears to be well-made with double doors (one for each side).

Well-made pet door

My only problem with the door was trying to line up the screw holes perfectly through the wall. It took forever, otherwise the door is excellent.

Dogs love the door

Not a ruff weather pet door!!!! Box states for all weather conditions Heat, Cold, and wind...Install not to bad but the very next day we had some wind at the house around 10mph and both flaps just blew right open...Uninstalled and return to the store and waited for the endura flap pet door to  come in the mail.. A lot more money but the best door for all weather conditions!
